Lots of colorful soap and wax lighting up as you ride thru giving you a light show as your car gets washed. Also included is an excellent Bay Area for vacuuming and detailing your ride. High powered vacuums are available for your use once you've driven through the Carwash . There's a water area should you want to wash mats AND there's a mat vacuum machine that's extremely powerful and really vacuums the mats exceptionally well. There's also Free cleaning spray and rags to use to hand wipe and detail your ride. Lots of specials right now being offered for new customers- memberships that are annual or monthly. Or just pay for a one time cleaning and be on your way. A really good deal ! Zips has the business of car washing handled . The only thing they don't provide is elbow grease. That up to you ! Terrible. Been a customer ever since moving here and it continues to get worse. Does the owner ever even check in on his business? No more pre wash. They used to spray down the car by hand. That eventually turned into only the drivers side and now no longer gets done. Garage is dirty and not maintained. There is a sign that says that they are out of drying towels and spray bottles. It's been there for a few weeks. Time to look for a new place. read more

I've been a remember of the unlimited car wash program for a few years now. I have been generally satisfied up until recently when I went to get my car washed and my car was damaged. I got chips all over the front of my car from the car wash. I went through filing a claim which was denied. The reason I was told is that they "found no evidence of a 4-6 inch in length and 1/4-1/2 inches tall pattern or any other consistent damage" and no one else filed a claim that day. Both of those statements were false. The attendants told me there were other people that filed claims that day. As you can see from the pictures there is consistent pattern and I have consistent chips all over the front of my car and windshield. I appealed the decision in which they told me to contact my insurance company instead of taking care of a loyal customer. Needless to say, I will be cancelling my membership and taking my business elsewhere. Zips is not interested in taking care of their customers when something goes wrong and your car is ruined from their car wash. Best bet is to go somewhere else that will take care of you. read more

If you are lucky enough to to get Jake, you are going to be in good hands, otherwise, you'll get a person sprinkle maybe one of your tires, and they will send you in with no much care. I have monthly membership of almost $40. I asked a week ago to have it immediately cancelled and I have had no response. The membership is not worth it, considering that the vacuum machines seldom work, and they way their computer works, you don't get what you paid for... do not recommend at all! read more

I stopped to wash my car last year in Prineville. I just wanted one wash , but they signed me up for a monthly payment off of my credit card, I have tried to call by only get an answering machine, I only noticed it was auto drafting $40 every month after a year . Very very expensive car wash, it was so long ago I don't even remember if it got my car clean. If I can't resolve this I guess I'll have to cancel my credit card. worst place to get your car washed they do not spray the car down anymore and I have a monthly subscription the vacuums are barely working because they are always clogged and have no power the owner needs to fix it or I may stop the service because my car doesn't feel clean when going through there. read more

Owners need to stop hiring employees who clearly don't want to work. Teach the staff basic Customer Service skills such as, greeting the customer when approaching their vehicle. One of the "children" working there walked up to my car and just looked at me as I was paying for my service. He literally stood right beside the driver's side window for about five seconds and stared at me without saying a word. It was creepy and unsettling. After waiting for him to greet me, I finally said, "Hello. How are you?", to which he mumbled, "Oh...uhh...I'm good", sounding like he was caught off guard by having to interact with a customer. I told him I was all set with my payment and he walked away. Please teach employees the proper way to greet customers. For those people who don't have the personality to work with the public, go find a warehouse job. read more

Went to this location 3 separate occasions over the course of the month recently; car wash was not working, employees on their phones and don't care, poor customer service, trash cans filled, vacuum hoses clogged, trash on ground. This place is disgusting. Never will go back. Zips in Rock Hill much better. I wonder why the owner doesn't take ownership and fix this. read more

Worse car wash ever. It use to be good when they first opened. No cleaners or towels.

Since Zips acquired this car was from Wiki Wiki it has gone down hill! The staff is not attentive and often you have to wait for someone to appear to start your service. Vacuums seldom work and the place is trashy in general. They used to have cloth wipers and glass cleaner but not now. I seldom see anyone working to fix things or at least tidy up the place. read more

So been going here for about 4 months during the winter and pollen season mainly... first of all they never have any bottles of glass cleaner full and out you'll be VERY lucky to find one I ended up just buying my own and brining it every time also they never have clean wash cloths ALWAYS DIRTY ... also if you sign up for the month of free washes DO NOT LET THEM PUT THAT STICKER ON YOUR WINDSHIELD that sticker leaves sticker marks all over the window and is a huge pain in the butt to get off and this is after asking them to not put it on ... overall if you have the option of using a apartment complex free wash go there and do it by hand it's better for your cars paint and you'll get everything you get at Zips but for free just buy your own glass cleaner and tire shine ($10) and boom you're set only really use zips when you have to, for me that's winter when it's cold as crap and pollen season when I can just run it by and wash it every other a to keep it clean other than that they kinda just a cheap wash read more

Since management changed, the place has gone downhill. Ruins your paint, vacuums are often down. Don't waste your hard earned $$$$.

This particular car wash has been owned by a couple different companies in past, from tidal wash to wiki wiki, now zips. But one thing hasn't change, great customer service. I've been coming to this location for many years and don't plan on stopping, It's the best car wash in town. read more
