I was in Winston Salem a few weeks ago and a city worker painted a parking meter that I was parked next to. He did nothing to protect my car and got over spray all over my new car. I set an appointment with Ian and he came to my house. The paint would not come off using any chemicals so he had to use a clay bar to remove all the over spray. He followed that with a nice polish and got things back to normal for me. He even cleaned the wheels, dressed the tires and did the windows. Oh, he also removed a small scratch while he was at it. Above and beyond. His pricing was the same as others and lower than one, and he cleaned the entire exterior. Other bids that I got were only going to clean the effected areas of the car. Ian was professional and friendly. He let me know when he was on his way and was at my house at the precise time we set! I detailed cars for a living in my youth and I'm very, very picky.
