Perfect Italian cafe off champs Elysees. Ate here twice it was so good and ambiance outside made the Paris experience wonderful.

Ziti was a pleasant surprise in the heart of the Champs-Elysees, it's just a short walk down rue Pierre Charron across the street from the Marriott. A very nice narrow restaurant with upper and lower tier seating, plus a little bit of outdoor seating. Good service, with a simple but extensive menu, and good prices for wine and bottled water. Pasta was excellent, both the spinach ravioli and the fettuccine carbonara were excellent. If you are on a budget just get a 500ml of their house Rose, it is excellent and pairs with everything equally well. Prices were reasonable for downtown Paris. A leisurely dinner will take you two or three hours so enjoy the time and leave the phones off.

We tried this place upon the recommendation of my husband's co-worker. Friendly staff, prompt service, good food. I couldn't decide whether i wanted fish or pasta so i ordered both. 'loved the pasta carbonara but didn't care much for the fish. my husband's beef entrecote was pretty good. The tiramisu and panna cotta were nothing great. Overall, it's a good place with good food ... we probably just had too high expectations coming in.

Serves us right for eating Italian in France but it was late sunday night, everything seemed to be closed or too far so we settled on this place. It was pretty packed which made me think it would be ok but the calamari which came out first was so bad we sent it back. It was so salty and so over cooked the batter tasted bitter. We were super hungry and could not eat it. The pizza was ok but not worth 20 euros for quality or quantity. Overall it was as we should have expected, non bien.

Motzarella and Tomato salad with olive oil.

Pasta and pizza was amazing! We got classic pizza and the rigatoni. We went back twice while in Paris for 5 days.

Cost of the meal was very reasonable especially in light of the location just one block off of the Champs-Elysees.

When we told the server that there was a rat all he said was "this is Paris" we asked if he could move it and he said "no, this is Paris don't worry." If it was just Paris we wouldn't have had other parisians in the restaurant being freaked out about. I get it we are Americans and aren't used to it, but not even putting the rat outside after we asked them to is awful. We stayed at the restaurant although we shouldn't have. The food took an hour and a half to come out, and the server was pretty awful. Typical for Paris but even worse than usual. The prices were outrageous and the food did not taste good whatsoever. Highly don't recommend this place if you value a good atmosphere without eating next to rats.

We loved the service, attentive, friendly, answering lots of questions. Good wine list. Overall, somewhat expensive, but it's Paris. The carpaccio of beef was great as was the spinach ravioli with truffles. The only "miss" here was that the black truffles seemed to lack power and flavor which they sometimes do. I am not a truffle expert, but sometimes they pack a lot of very good punch and sometimes you can barely taste them, and in this case it was the latter. Feel like we got head-faked into the truffle menu and might have been better off on the regular one. Suggest: smell the truffles when they show them to you and if it's not fairly overpowering, then don't order. The bellinis were fanastic on the other hand. Overall, I'd definitely come back if I want a fancy Italian meal not far from the Champs Elyseees.

They were closed the following day (Sunday) so we were somewhat surprised to be greeted warmly and shown to a table which they made up for us. We were given a couple of menus, and told by our waiter in a nice way that the clock was ticking for the kitchen so we quickly chose a couple of pizzas and a bottle of wine. Having worked in kitchens before, I know first hand that latecomers are not the most welcome by the kitchen staff when they are trying to clean up and get out to enjoy their evening and the following day off. The food was wonderful, pizza dough was crispy, the toppings fresh in spite of the late hour, and the wine was excellent. Now the prices we have come to recognize in our first few days in Paris are pretty steep relative to Vancouver, which is saying something, but we feel we got our monies worth. One thing to remember in France when using a credit card is that you cannot add a tip on the machine, so bring cash with you to tip. If you add it to the bill on the machine the establishment gets the money not the person who waited upon you. Cash goes to them and them alone. We are leaving Paris in the morning and heading back to Fenice again this evening, a little earlier this time to enjoy their fine food one more time. Highly recommended from our first experience, here's hoping for a repeat. Bon appetit! VISIT #2 Ate here a second time while in Paris and were surprised that we were recognized upon our arrival and once again seated at the same table we had had a couple of evenings prior. I can only say that our second experience was even better than our first. Our food was outstanding, the service first class. We only wish we had more nights in Paris to sample more of the menu.

The restaurant did not disappoint. After delicious starters of eggplant, rocket and Parma ham we enjoyed scrumptious mains with veal, beef medallions, lamb and rhombus pasta all thoroughly enjoyed. The dinner was perfectly complimented with two Cabernet Sauvignons from different regions each uniquely delicious. Finished with a tasty selection of dessert and coffee. Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable with a nice ambiance from other guests. I can highly recommend this restaurant.
