Saw this place on a few gluten free blogs which prompted me to visit. We arrived and got placed in a back corner, service took 15 minutes to arrive and then they simply said "what do you want?" I asked for a bottle of wine for the table, asked about dairy free cheese which seemed like these questions were annoying to the waiter. I then ordered and then my husband ordered pasta dairy free. His food arrived covered in cheese. After 10 minutes they never checked on us so we went back and addressed his dish and They brought us the correct pasta without cheese this time. I ordered the gluten free cacio de Pepe which was a little too spicy. The gluten free chocolate pizza and the tiramisu was delicious. Overall service was terrible, entree was okay, dessert was delicious.

As a gluten free gal, finding a place like this is a goldmine! A completely gluten free Italian restaurant AND the ambiance is a 10/10. Upon walking in, the staff was super friendly and seated us for our reservation right away! We enjoyed drinks, appetizers, and I got a gluten free pizza! (It's been awhile since I've been able to enjoy a pizza out.) We finished up with dessert. The location is great and very close to Champs-Élysées. I highly recommend this spot, especially if you're gluten free, but you'll like it even if you're not!

First time in Paris in a looong time. Last time i was here GF food was not that accessible . This time armed with the Gluten Dude app i found a plethora of restaurants. I decided to go with a safe bet 100% GF restaurants. Gluten eaters should not be deterred as it tasted amazing. The only downside was the sauce it was missing a little pizzazz... service was amazing, there was only one waitress and hats off you could not notice, she was working it like I've never seen. I would recommend this restaurant

I was so sad when i got here. Reviews were great, i saw nothing about reservations required. We walk in and try to check in for a table for 6 mins or so, and then a french family comes in, they greet them and say if theres no reservation they couldnt be seated. I understood and one was mad we were ignored but two was mad they had open tables and we couldnt eat. I asked to sit at the empty bar they said no. I really wanted to try the GF pizza based on the reviews and after traveling here with 2 sprained ankles, i now wont be back to try it. So book a reservation if you want to try. People did look happy that were eating but my experience was well below expectations.

Great Italian food in Paris! Super helpful staff and went with their recommendations for the octopus and wasn't disappointed. Crispy and delicious - pasta was amazing. Bolognese was a hit with the kids! Great wine and gelato to complete the meal!

The BEST gluten-free pizza we've ever had!! The crust was so fluffy inside and crispy outside. The toppings were fresh and delicious. The gluten-free beer was also amazing. Things to know: Staff spoke enough English, but French is more appropriate. Nice street side seating. Fun, homey neighborhood.

OMG this place was amazing!!!! This was definitely the highlight of our Paris trip, so much do that we ended up coming back a second night. It was amazing being able to get anything you wanted off the menu. We were especially excited up because able to get GF draft beer, which rarely happens anywhere. The first night we got pizzas, which were so good. The dough had a bit of chew to it even though it was gluten free. The nonnargherita was especially good with tons of cheese. The Marco Polo would have been amazing if they could have added dairy free cheese but it was still very good. The fritters Mari e monti was probably the most disappointing part of the meal the first night as it was a little overdone so it was quite chewy. The tiramisu made up for it though. It was moist and decadent and was the perfect way to end the meal. The next time we tried the gnocchi, risotto and the burger. They were all very good, although my husband said the burger bun was s little dry (typical of GF). The pasta and risotto were filling but not as good as the pizzas, so if you come in I highly recommend just sticking to those. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Paris.

When we told the server that there was a rat all he said was "this is Paris" we asked if he could move it and he said "no, this is Paris don't worry." If it was just Paris we wouldn't have had other parisians in the restaurant being freaked out about. I get it we are Americans and aren't used to it, but not even putting the rat outside after we asked them to is awful. We stayed at the restaurant although we shouldn't have. The food took an hour and a half to come out, and the server was pretty awful. Typical for Paris but even worse than usual. The prices were outrageous and the food did not taste good whatsoever. Highly don't recommend this place if you value a good atmosphere without eating next to rats.

Pompei is located in what seems like more quiet, secluded neighborhood with other small restaurants & fruit stand/convenience store. The restaurant definitely started to fill up their seats by the time we got to ordering our food, so they definitely get busy. Pompei has both outdoor & indoor seating available. They have two floors of seating, with the bathroom on the second floor & bar area on the first floor. The staff was very kind & helpful with explaining the menu & elaborated with us about their specials they had today. What we ordered: -capricciosa €18 -spaghetti alle vongole €24 -tagliatelles aux Noix de saint Jacques (x2) €25 -spaghetti with prawns €29 - white wine with berries (I believe) €5 & 2 cokes €5.50/each Total: €137 Spaghetti with prawns is not on the menu, but today they unfortunately ran out of meat for the fettuccine bolognese & asked if we'd like to try anything else. We opted for spaghetti with prawns, which ended up being €29. All of our orders included some form of seafood & tasted light, while still seasoned nicely & fresh. My favorite was the dish I had, spaghetti alle vongole. It was steaming hot & had sweet notes from the clams. We also decided to order the capricciosa pizza halfway through our meal because we noticed pizza is very popular here & every table next to us had ordered at least two pizzas. The pizza was bomb! Very tasty. I would totally come here again and recommend Pompei to anyone looking for delicious Italian food, while in Paris!

I ended up getting an Asian style bowl with GF egg rolls, which was a great break from the other type of food we had been eating. Biosphère Café is currently open on reduced opening hours, which is generally between 11:30 in the morning and 3:10 to 4 pm during the week. They're closed on weekends. The whole menu is gluten-free which really excited me, they do al-dente style pasta alongside pizzas and a Croque Madame, which was what I came in for having been eager to try a gluten-free version during my time in France. While the food is good value, I do think drinks are a little expensive and the selection of drinks also is a little poor, they seemed to mainly do standard soda and blended smoothie/juices, they didn't seem to have something simple like just orange juice or iced tea, I opted for a mix of what included cucumber, and I didn't enjoy it. It seemed to curdle very quickly and was an expensive disaster. The food, on the other hand, was a totally different story - my Croque Madame was one of the best single food items I've had in Paris, the bread held together very well and was naturally crusty and some of the best gluten-free bread I've had, this is someone who is exhausted most gluten-free bread as I generally find them dry, tasteless and disgusting, propped up by chewy seeds but here - none of that. Seedless bread is always a winner for me. The ham was also exceptional quality, the egg was almost cooked perfectly and I would have liked it ever so slightly runnier, the cheese was also good and I like how they didn't overfill it with cheese which again seems to be common. Some people think to overload toppings removes the taste and makes gluten-free bread edible, but the bread is so good here it doesn't need that. It's just quality on quality. I did, however, find the lettuce side a little odd and would have preferred some form of potatoes or fries, that being said the honey and mustard dipping sauce was pretty good too, it was obviously fresh. My crepe was okay, I would have liked more generous filling as the caramel sauce was hot but that didn't taste fresh or anything too exciting. I didn't like the cafe inside, I did find it really small even the kitchen area seemed small, tables were far close to each other and it could have done with some fresh paintwork. 3* - The Croque Madame alone knocks this rating up alongside the friendly and helpful staff, it was so good, it's a shame about most other parts of the experience weren't.
