Do not use this fence company. They do not stand behind their work. I called them 4 times to report that the 1-year-old fence has come out of the ground on 2 sides. The fence cost 2K on February 1, 2021. It took 4 phone calls which were never returned and a conversation about a warranty clause that is not on my contract. They want $1100 to repair their own work, half the cost of the fence a year ago. They don't care about their reputation or the quality of their work. Once you pay forget it. I was not a happy customer initially when the delays happened but I realized between the recent weather and COVID shortage of just about everything (not my beer thank goodness), it could not be helped. Once we worked out a previous miscommunication Jennifer and the office staff were very responsive to my calls, texts and emails. My fence was installed last week and inspected yesterday. It passed with flying colors and we couldn't be happier. The installers were courtesy and obviously excellent at their trade. We recently moved to Coconut Creek & have a fenced in yard which was great for our dog and kids. However there was a few weak spots in the fence and our dog kept getting thru to our neighbor's yard. So we wrote to Zofe and Jeniffer the owner answered right away. They came out super fast and gave us a free estimate and were super informative on what we needed done and why. They did an amazing job and replaced the whole fence for us. My strong pup however still found a way to get thru one spot in the fence so I called them to fix it and they came back and made sure to reinforce it so now he can't get out anymore. I contacted Zofe fence for a quote back in August of 2021. A representative from their company came to my home to measure and provide me a quote. I gave them a 50% deposit of $3,657 for the company to proceed. Zofe requested documents from me including a Property Survey which I provided on 8/13/21. I found out weeks later that the city needed a new survey. I was completely taken aback that their team did not know that the city was going to reject my survey (it was 8 years old and they needed one 7 years or less). Zofe is supposed to be a reputable company who are experts in this field yet they don't know the city requirements? That set the project back weeks and frankly, it could have been avoided. I had very little to no communication from Zofe while the city was reviewing my permit. I had to constantly follow up with them to get updates. This entire process took 4 months and it held up other projects at my home that could not get complete until the fence was up! The day Zofe finally had me schedule to begin the work, they told me someone would be at my house between 10AM-11AM. Their workers arrived at 12:30 and worked until 5PM. I was extremely dissatisfied that their day was so short but they did come back the next day by 9:30AM and finished by 5PM. The actual workers were great, or so I thought until I turned on my sprinklers and realized that they cracked a crucial sprinkler pipe. My sprinklers now do not work properly and need to be repaired because there isn't enough water pressure because of the broken pipe. I contacted Zofe as soon as I realized that their team broke my sprinkler system and they told me to read the fine print of the contract, they said they are not liable. UNPROFESSIONAL, MESSY, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ZOFE FENCE, LLC. - Please save your money and go elsewhere. The least that they could do is repair or reimburse me for the damage they caused! read more

Great experience! Great customer service! Jeniffer came out and listened to what I needed and gave me an estimate on the spot that was priced fairly. They were very communicative about what was going on, and would let me know if there was a delay of any kind. It was great! Usually a company doesn't let you know if they can't make it. Jennifer let me know when they were receiving a shipment late, and asked to move the install date. It was no problem for me since I knew ahead of time!! Extremely crooked fence was installed... It was a very simple chain link. They did not level the poles or plumb them and some are higher than others resulting in, an unpleasing to the eye, very clown style fence. I will not get into the part where we ordered a black fence and they had to come back because only half the hardware was black... spray paint was the answer. And pole caps were left off the main gate resulting in me cutting my hand, that's what had me most unhappy. If it was my wife I would have had a different outcome. read more

I would like to update my review at this time. My husband and I were concerned because we had not heard back from Lauren regarding scheduling our project and the lack of overall communication. However, once my concerns were brought to the attention of the owners they were addressed and remedied. I heard back from Jennifer after reaching out to my sales representative with my concerns in less than 30 minutes. Today, there are two very nice men starting the job. They said the permit may take 6-8 weeks and we got it back within 5. This is obviously out of their control as well as the weather and we have had lots of rain. Jennifer acknowledged there was some confusion and said that Lauren may have forgotten to get back to us, understood. Sometimes people drop the ball and although it can be stressful what matters to my husband and I is how they handle the situation and thus far we are satisfied. I will update you on the quality of the work and materials once it is complete and has had some time to settle.
