When I went in today she was very helpful and helping me choose the shake that I wanted along with an energy tea because I hadn't had coffee yet either. They have a variety of standard shakes and also seasonal flavors. I went with the chocolate, covered strawberry, a standard favorite of mine, as well as the scoop of peanut butter powder as well. They have small, medium and large sizes with calorie counts between 200 and 500 cal depending on what size you order. It's a great way to get a nutrition shake when you're on the run and you don't have time to grab something more substantial. I'll definitely be back to try some of the other flavors. They also have a loyalty card which I grabbed because I live right down the road and I know I'll be back for more.

While they do not use pesticides or conventional methods of IPM, the greens are surprisingly not as infested as you'd think, and with a proper washing process and bedikah, can be used for kosher consumption.
