Fours always took care of us like we were family. He was our go-to guy, and when he passed away, we were not only heartbroken but also suddenly left without a machine shop we could call our own. It was an uncomfortable spot to be in. Thankfully, another shop referred us to Wasatch Tool & Die, and that's when we met Preston. Let me just say--Preston delivered. Yesterday, I was in a serious bind. One of our rollers had a seized bearing, and the shaft ends were worn down. A replacement shaft from the manufacturer was three weeks out. THREE. WEEKS. Preston didn't blink. He filled in the worn spot, lathed it back down to exact tolerance, and even re-knurled the shaft. It looked brand new. Even better--he turned it around in just a few hours. The machine was back up and running that same day. He absolutely saved my ass, and I couldn't be more grateful. I can honestly say: Wasatch Tool & Die is my machine shop now. Great work, fast turnaround, and good people who know what they're doing. Highly recommend.
