Massive disappointment. Ordered a sprinter oil cooler kit. Took them a while to ship. The kit is…read moreessentially a Mishimoto setup, with Dave's nicely machined oil filter adapter and high quality Mishimoto oil cooler. The lines ended up coming with thin nylon covered hoses, not the stainless depicted in some of the illustrations on his website. The mounting hardware doesn't fit, with pieces that differ in his installation video for the same model sprinter. Spent many hours bending, cutting and fitting his "kit". Even the mounting bolts and spacers had to be replaced. Wrote 2 emails about my issues and got no response. In the installation video, "Bryan" says this kit can be installed in about an hour. I am an experienced home mechanic with a good of tools and it took 8 hours to get it to fit. Don't buy anything from this outfit. I quit watching his videos and wouldn't recommend Dave's Auto Center to anyone.

Rod knows his stuff, and always does excellent work for a fair price. If you want them to assemble your new engine, you will need to be patient; their reputation means they always have a waiting list of eager customers wanting them to build their engine. I cannot dock them a star for this, though; that would be like penalizing them for being too good. If you need machine work done on your car's engine, this is definitely the place.

I had a few other underlying issues that were caused by another shop, but Nudeez knew exactly what was done wrong and had my El Camino running like it's supposed to! Their setup is perfect! Enough guys to tackle a few projects at a time, but small enough to stay on top of quality control. On the way to their shop you will pass another shop called Wasatch Customs. You might be tempted to stop by and see if they might be a better option for you. They are not. Wasatch Customs does terrible work, unskilled employees, and they're more expensive. Trust me and stick with Nudeez! This is the shop you find and keep coming back to!
