For years, I honestly believed this was something I'd have to live with for the rest of my life. I'm only 28 years old and have a family of four. After reviewing my X-rays, I was told my back looked more like that of a 45-year-old. I'd been dealing with this pain since I was 22, and it affected almost every part of my daily life. Standing in one place for just 15 minutes would put my pain at a 9 out of 10. Some days were better than others, but on the bad days, all I could think about was not being able to be as active with my kids as I wanted to be.
