Yesterday, Zolna yachts/ specifically, Narissa, decided it was a good idea to take a shortcut through the mooring field next to the Coronado bridge. This isn't a normal thorough fare. It is also a no wake zone! They came in hot, doing at least 10 to 12 kn throwing a large wake.(Unfortunately, we were too busy holding on to get photos or video as they came through the first time) We were working on our center console on our mooring. My wife was on top of the T-Top and had to hold on for dear life. There was a woman at the helm. We waved to them, yelled to them, and even honk the horn to no avail. They didn't slow down. An hour maybe two later they did the same return pattern cutting through the middle of the mooring field. This time there was a man at the helm and they were going a little slower. Absolutely the WORST customer service. Fully paid and made the reservation for Saturday September 14th at 4pm. The owner requested that I move my booking to 4:30pm which was no issue(see attached photos). Then the next day, the "owner" called me saying they double booked a wedding at 6pm, and needed to move my plans and party to 12pm-4pm September 14th. I agreed after some back and forth as I had guests flying in to see me that weekend, and it caused some of my guests to not be able to attend. One of which is my best friend in the world. But it was better than no plan. Now this is where it gets even worse... Absolutely zero hospitality for the mix up on their part. Today as I am writhing this, 5 days after we confirmed and agreed to 12-4pm on the 14th. THEY DOUBLE BOOKED IT AGAIN! And said I need to move my date to the 15th... again we already paid for the reservation and they double booked it twice. Like either they don't know how to manage a schedule or they are just unprofessional assholes who prioritize other parties. Dare I say it's because me and my partner who are both celebrating our birthdays are gay? Maybe? I would love an explanation. They did absolutely nothing to make us feel better about screwing us over a second time. Unless you are a wedding party (which they clearly prioritize) DO NOT BOOK WITH ZOLNA YACHTS. HORRIBLE customer service and ZERO PROFESSIONALISM from "the owner". Who I later came to find out was just "the manger". He lied about being the owner... on the phone I literally said "wait what do you mean you have to ask the owner permission for open bar, yesterday you said you were the owner and that open bar was fine.." caught him in a lie. On top of all of that, they would not allow open bar for my party. When it was originally agreed upon, and asked if we were "respectable people". The audacity, how rude. Fire the man with the middle eastern accent who is "the manager" and sometimes claims to be the owner. Additionally he kept raising his voice at me and gave me little room to speak when I had questions on certain details. The manager or owner, whatever he is, he is most definitely the definition of deplorable. If you want a yacht charter go somewhere else. Anywhere else is better than being rebooked 3 times. (The 3rd time was them suggesting we do September 15th.) And destroying my 30th birthday plans, with zero remedy or accommodations for putting us through this terrible nightmarish experience. In response to the owners response: we spoke over the phone 3 times! "Never exchanged a cordial greeting" I spoke with Shari once and Amos twice and they were not pleasant to speak to, I introduced myself professionally when y'all called me how you accidentally double booked us the first time. I never signed the agreement because you kept changing it.. the dates more specifically. I provided the proof in photos lady. Just do better keep your word when you make promises to people. You truly ruined our entire weekend plans. The scheduling and double booking is entirely your fault not the third party. read more

Organized, fun yet professional, down to earth crew & of course the yacht was gorgeous! We rented the Ohana for my 40th birthday and it was perfect size; they had speakers, a kitchenette, different sitting areas, and a decent sound system so we could listen to our own music. We brought our own food and drinks on board and helped us make drinks and set out food, we appreciated the extra help. We had a perfect day with the weather and the captain was able to take us out to different Scenic points and just cruise around.
