When I say trust her, I mean it! I listened to her advice and expertise about what minor changes that needed to be made and where I should price the home at. She is the expert here! We priced the home right on the nose, we got offers by the next day. I listened to her advice again and was rewarded for it. We had multiple offers within 3 days of listing and I ended up selling the home higher than I thought that I would get. She actually thanked me for trusting her and for listening to her advice, because we never once had to chase the market, I was under contract with a seller within 3 days of listing, she was a wealth of knowledge about the process of everything, and I closed right when I needed to! I know that she handled a lot of things on the back end that I knew nothing about until later on at closing. He negotiated our home at our budget and even got the closing costs to be COMPLETELY covered -- we were actually paid a large sum of money at closing when we got the home with NO money out of pocket.
