It was a bike rack we'd purchased from another REI and had to get things replaced. I went up to the front counter and was met with a very weird attitude/criticism and weird looks that I didn't know to go to the bike counter in the back of the store(didn't even know there was a counter back there).... Got back to that counter and the bike guys were like no, you could have done this up there, no reason to haul the rack back here....
