So, I got a text telling me what he found, and he still got it all done SAME DAY, NO ISSUES, BEST PLACE TO GO FOR CAR REPAIRS in my opinion! AGAIN, THANKS STEVE!!! When he saw me pulled up, he closed the garage door on me. He pretty much just left me there. I'm a woman by myself, I didn't live in the area. After I knocked on the door, He told me he couldn't help, they're closed and to move my car out of the service area way, because it's blocking customers for the next day. I was able to move my car a bit. He then told me about another service station. I called another service station he referred to, and the other station were astonished that he wouldn't help and just left me by myself after I repeatedly told him I wasn't from the area and I'm by myself. The other service station stayed with me until we got something figured out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Human decency is to at least be some type of help when someone is having an emergency and is stranded.

Needed car inspection, and felt like the brakes were worn too. They found more wrong with my brakes…read morethan expected. They completely fixed the brake problem, needing to replace hoses to brakes, flush lines and install new rotors and pads. I'm so grateful they corrected my extensive brake problem eventhough it costed a little more. I appreciate the thorough job that was done on my car. Thank you, and great repair job!

I watched the video of her slamming the door several times. You explained the work that had to be done... isn't that your job to explain? She replaced the part that was needed to pass inspection. You advised her to drive the car for the light to go out. She did what you said. How is that not listening? Rude and obnoxious? Maybe you're confused since the only rude person was you and your worker. Her car was less important than others but your concerned about safety? Glad to know you discriminate against cars. The car wasn't driven for a year so getting inspected wasn't top priority. She harassed you? How exactly? Tires weren't that bad if they passed. You informed her that if the light was off you would pass it if it was off !!! So when she brought back after you turned off light it came back on so she got the correct part for 100$ and had installed ! So no she didn't keep bringing the car back. She followed what you said. He said the car would be ready by 5 and at 530 when She came to check on it and why it wasn't done they didn't even start on the car ! The girl working in garage kept slamming the car door while working on. Basically needed a sticker and that was it and they will find every little thing wrong with the car. From the windshield wipers to the tires ( that passed)and lug nuts they will make a stink about it. Over priced. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place. It's now 3:30 and I go out to find out what the hold up is and the man behind the counter says I'm sorry your car failed inspection. What???! It's a year old, what's wrong? Oh you need new windshield wipers. I thought oh that sounds like some bs considering I just drove 2hrs in the rain to come up here yesterday and my wipers worked fine. He then begins to quote $88 for new ones. I said they probably just need cleaned maybe debris is the issues. He said oh no they are torn. $88 for new windshield wipers are you out of your f**king mind!!! I said give me the keys I'll run over to the auto parts store and get them replaced for under $30. He said oh well do you just want me to put the stickers on it for you then? Yep! Another 15mins goes by. What is taking so long? Oh he has to put the info into the computer. This place is a total scam! I get the car back and there are old rain drops on my windshield from the drive up which tells me he never bothered to even check them. I get out and inspect the wipers and there is no cuts and the windshield is perfectly clean. The lobby has old furniture that is stained and filthy. The roof has leaked and there are water stained ceiling tiles in combo with missing tiles. Then the true WTF is the dirty bathroom where the toilet actually rocks. Does any of this sound like a place where you want to do business? Yeah me neither.
