Very crappy service. I was literally stranded yesterday, my car wouldn't start in their parking…read moregarage. I explain to the owner the situation. They were just closing,. When he saw me pulled up, he closed the garage door on me. He pretty much just left me there. I'm a woman by myself, I didn't live in the area. After I knocked on the door, He told me he couldn't help, they're closed and to move my car out of the service area way, because it's blocking customers for the next day. I was able to move my car a bit. He then told me about another service station. I called another service station he referred to, and the other station were astonished that he wouldn't help and just left me by myself after I repeatedly told him I wasn't from the area and I'm by myself. The other service station stayed with me until we got something figured out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Human decency is to at least be some type of help when someone is having an emergency and is stranded.

While other auto shops require a fee for evaluation, Dave's automotive provided it free and even wrote up a very thorough inspection of my suspension. While I did not need to fix the findings immediately, I feel good about utilizing Dave's in the future. Another plus is how nice and upbeat everyone is from pick up/send back service to the service specialist. That speaks volume to the business when their employees are noticeably happy!

Forst time was for an inspection semi last minute, wasn't an issue dropped it off 1 hr later picked it up. Squeezed me right in, and then I came down to ask about a loud squeak he lifted it up found the squeak relubed as needed and found my bad tie rod. Now , I'll be having it repaired right there. I recommend anyone that needs so sound assistance with vehicle issues to see Ken.
