Disappointed with the Service and Guarantee
We hired Zoom Drain to clear our sewer line and paid $876, but the problem was never completely resolved. The sewer backed up again shortly after the service.
When we contacted them about their guarantee, they did not honor it. They also insisted that their machine had reached the end of our sewer line. However, that turned out not to be true.
We then called Roto-Rooter, who charged $577. Their technician determined that the clog was actually located close to the house and ran the line all the way to the end of our property. Since that service in April, we have not experienced a single sewer backup.
Based on our experience, it appears the equipment used by Zoom Drain was not sufficient to completely clear the line. We were disappointed that the guarantee was not honored and that we paid significantly more for a service that did not solve the problem.
We can only share our personal experience, but the difference in both the quality of the work and the results was clear. We would not use Zoom Drain again. read more
