As I've had company vehicles for many years, this was the last brand new car I purchased, now 20 years ago (with 54K original kms). I'm saving it as a future collector/hobby car for retirement. The car is normally stored over the fall and winter months and is only driven a few times over the summer. Other than a few very minor cosmetic issues due to its age, I take great pride in maintaining it in almost showroom new condition. I shared my story about the car with Harrison who was very impressed with what great shape the car is in when he saw it. He understood and appreciated my personal value of the car, and from my consultation at the time of drop off, it was obvious he really wanted to ensure I received the best results possible. WOW doesn't even come close to the results!!! These photos don't' do justice to the very high quality job Harrison did to my little Neon. In the right lighting you could practically do your hair or make-up in the deep and glossy finish! Harrison runs a very high quality shop. Immediately on arrival, you will be very impressed by the modern and professional facilities, which are always immaculate with good lighting and includes a very nice customer waiting lounge. Almost all client vehicles are very high end cars which you'll see in the service bays, but Harrison was pleased for the opportunity to work on my little guy and to promote that Krenus details all vehicles, not just luxury cars. My Neon received the same treatment alongside the luxury and exotics parked in the shop. Harrison is a true craftsmen that's passionate about his work. He's extremely meticulous and really cares about customer satisfaction. You'll realize this when you speak to him during the consultation of your appointment. So when it came time to choose a detailing shop Joshua and his team came highly recommended so I gave him a shot. I've been a happy customer ever since. Anytime a detailing shop has Porches, R8s, Ferraris, etc as customers you can instantly feel confident in their level services. Additionally, they're located right in the middle of the CBD (central business district) so super convenient to drop your car, hit a meeting, and return to a sparking ride. They're also mobile but I haven't used the service but I can see how the convenience factor would work for many. Highly recommend checking Krenus out.

Now it feels like I am sitting in a brand new car. There where scratches here and there which were all removed, thanks to Arjang and Mahyar. I am sure it must have been a very hard work for them to make me love my car again but they did it. They went above and beyond and applied an amazing windshield coating for me free of charge. The front staff was accommodating and helped put together a cleaning package price for me and set a date. When I arrived for my appointment he took the keys and answered all of my questions and then sent me off with an expectation that it would take about 3 hours to complete. The nice part about their location is Tim Hortons being right nearby. I did utilize that in between, of course! I received a text message from them around the 3 hour mark and went to pickup my truck. They gave me a complimentary air freshener when I paid and then took me to inspect their service. I wasn't disappointed. It smelt SO fresh inside, the carpets were incredibly clean, all of the surfaces were clean and you could tell they'd spent time getting into the cracks of things. I will say however, that my steering wheel has never been the same- but that doesn't bother me. Whatever cleaning product they used stripped off the parts of the wheel that had been peeling- about one third of the steering wheel is slightly rough now. But again, doesn't bother me. However, if you have a nice-r vehicle or you're worried about things breaking or being peeled/chipped/etc, I think you should go to a more luxury auto detailer. Aladin is a great service for cars that are daily drivers. It is not a great service for expensive or new cars. I would 100% take my vehicle back to them. For the price and for the incredible clean it was worth it. I was enjoying the 'new/clean car smell' for days after!

I even brought my friend with me today and she was very excited to see the transformation of her messy-af car into sparkling clean! Well worth the $ ! I have been here a few times and it has been hit or miss. Sometimes my vehicle is perfect, other times it is disappointing and not worth the cost. Today was a disappointing day. My car was relatively clean but I opted for the second option so the console would be cleaned. Unfortunately, the job seemed rushed and I am not satisfied with the smudges and debris left inside and outside of my car (see attached pictures). There was an unhappy customer when I was leaving, so I am wondering if they are just having one of those days. I think I'll start to look for a place that is more consistently

I've been going by this car wash for a few years, they used to do a terrific job...NOT anymore…read more The last couple of times I've noticed they say my car will be ready faster than the usual 20 min and I noticed my car wasn't as clean but I said to myself "everyone has a few off days". I went by and dropped off my car for a wash the other day, I got the ultra clean package and left my car. Came back paid $50 and tipped the usual $10, when I got my car back it STANK, like disgusting cheap cleaning spray (sanitary lemon smell), I left my windows down a bit and my sunroof open for a couple of nights after to air it out but the smell persist. I called today to ask what they used to see if I can counter it or see if they can fix it but I was told by a manager "we do not use scented products but you're welcome to come by for another wash" ok?! Sooo I'm crazy? This place has bad service and bad attitude.

I brought my small SUV here on Monday June 30th for a wash and vacuum. For $40, they hand washed…read morethe exterior, vacummed the interior, cleaned the entire interior, washed the windows inside and out, and washed the tires. They did an incredible job- they were so meticulous and left it spotless. I have a black interior, and a fawn coloured Pug- they had their work cut out for them. My 3 year old also spilt some glitter in the back seat. They got all of it- it was spotless. The young men who washed my car were SO nice and friendly. I would definitely come back again. They did an excellent job. Thanks guys! There is a waiting room with couches, water, and free wifi for customers. I would highly recommend.
