Some shady stuff! That was then, this is now. They have changed much of the crew and there seems to be a big drive to honesty which is refreshing at the least. A previous oil change the tech lost a part of my oil filter bypass valve which was caught (noticed) by another subsequent oil change company. I went back and confronted these guys and very apologetically they made the problem right at their expense. Kudos! If they keep this up I will be happy to keep coming back. You really have to appreciate their prices. And quick service. I say give them another try and I think you'll be happier with them.

After spending over $1,300 for my oil change and repair, Mobil1 Walnut Grove refused to accept the facts and provide any sort of compensation or reimbursement.
