I brought the issue to the owner, who was sitting on the couch behind the desk, and she responded with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. In fact, she told me she doesn't need my business along with the groomer who sent it in a text an hour later after I had already picked up my dog. I attached a screenshot of the text. This is super unprofessional extremely disappointing. This business does not prioritize communication or customer service. Be prepared for a lack of updates and poor handling of concerns. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who values clear communication, respectful treatment, and quality care for their pet. **UPDATE: She responded to this same comment on google and twisted the whole story. The pricing is not on their facebook page, it's on a card at the place so you don't know the details of pricing till you take your dog in, not when you schedule the appointment. I texted the number I found online to schedule my dog's first appointment and they only told me "68+ if under 50lbs" (I have screenshot proof of that as well). That was it. Not a word about extra cost if they are matted or anything else. She tried charging me extra for matting after my dog had been there for 6 hours!!!!!!!! No updates or anything! I finally texted and that's when she told me my dog was matted and the first time I heard about this extra costs. I had no problem about paying it, it's the lack of communication earlier that was the issue after my dog had been there for 6 hours. Also, my dog was screaming which he never does so how kindly are they treating the dogs coming in? We requested a punky look for Mr. Fitz instead of the standard "puppy cut". The results are fun and perfect for our energetic little Shitzu. From day one, Billie and her team welcomed Oakley with open arms (and, I assume, a game plan for managing all that fluff). Now, every time we walk through the door, Oakley runs to Billie--yes, runs. Newfoundlands aren't always easy clients--Oakley is big, strong, and occasionally "helpful" in ways that probably don't make grooming any easier.
