Staff is welcoming. I talked to someone over the phone to help with the booking process and she was very friendly. Booking here is fairly easy. However, this location is very dirty. As soon as you walk in you can smell the very strong stench of urine and there a very common complaints that dogs get sent home with kennel cough or stinking like pee. I believe it may be due to poor ventilation. they also just have the dogs going potty inside everywhere instead of being taken outside. I saw multiple dogs peeing in the building. We did not follow through with our boarding booking. I would not recommend booking here for sanitization and health concerns for your pups. I highly recommend that you visit the location and see if it is up to your standards before bookings. I was able to find a last minute boarding service with S&B Kountry Kennel. This location had proper clean kennels and huge yards for the dogs to be let out to play. They are also staffed with great trainers. read more

I've boarded my dog here a couple times and so far I think it is pretty good. The staff is always super friendly when checking in and out and they have always been really good at keeping our stuff (food, toys, leash, etc.) organized. My only complaints are that in the time that my dog has spent boarding here I have never once seen a picture posted on their Facebook like the other dogs (not even in the background) and my dog acts very strange when we pick her up afterwards. She acts abnormally tired (like won't even wake up to eat or go outside) and I can't quite tell if she is worn out from playing or if she was sedated. Other than my slightly paranoid suspicion I think ComeSitStay does a good job. read more

So happy with my french bulldogs experience at Come Sit Stay!!! He has been boarded here once & comes here often for daycare. He loves playing with the other dogs & is always so tuckered out when I come to pick him up. He gets really excited when we pull up to Come Sit Stay. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!! I took my dog in here about a month ago and because he's a bit rowdy it is his first time getting professionally groomed. We usually groom him at home but we don't know what to look for so we took him in for reference. I asked them to cut his hair short and they did not explain that they would shave him. They asked me if I have gotten his hair cut before and I said not professionally. After I got him back I was horrified on how short his hair was. (He's a golden retriever.) I wasn't angry and partially took responsibility seeing as I didn't ask what they would do, but after a day I noticed multiple cuts around his neck. It is one month later and they are infected and he constantly tries to scratch at them as he's in pain. We had to take him to the vet. I downloaded this app just to deter people away from taking their dogs here. My dog is in pain because of this place. read more

Can't say enough good things about come sit stay!! We have been going for daycare a few times a week for about 2 months and he absolutely LOVES going. He recognizes all the girls up front and they recognize him and he is soooo excited to go back. He tells me how good of a day he's had as soon as we get in the car and he pretty much rests and recovers the rest of the night from all his fun . He actually starts to get naughty and hyper if he hasn't been in a few days and even throughout potty training they have kept him right on track! And I soooo appreciate they feed him his regular food for lunch out of his ball so he doesn't eat to quickly. It's like a furry family Wish we could come here forever but we are relocating soon....just want everyone to know how awesome CSS is and how at home my pup feels, so sad to leave this place! read more

We took our baby boy Cooper here for one night last weekend. We toured the space beforehand and it was dirty but we gave then the benefit of the doubt because it was a busy time of day. The staff was friendly and we felt comfortable giving it a shot. we paid in advance and tipped well so hopefully they would take great care of him. Sadly, when we picked him up Sunday morning they brought him out to us absolutely drenched in urine and so smelly we had to drive home with the windows open. We had to bath him twice to get the stench off. I feel like this is animal abuse. We will not be back. I think there may be a reason they no longer have pet cams. read more

WOW is all I can say! First time we have taken our dogs for boarding here. We had heard great things about Come Sit Stay and decided to give them a try even if it was a little drive for us my pets stayed at CSS for a week 6/16-6/23 while we were on vacation in Mexico. CSS definately exceeded our expectations! We have a 4 yr old 7lb Morkie named Chloe and a 1yr old 70lb Pitbull named Oleg and they were absolutely the best! We will definately continue to use them whenever we need boarding or daycare. Best place in Omaha to leave your four legged friends and we have been to many. The owner Renae is fantastic and she has incredible staff that take care of your pets like if they were their own. They were very accommodating to my pets and included a free nail trim. The staff at CSS are fantastic and I love that they are Pit friendly and that was important to me as I didnt want my babies to be separated. My pets played with dogs their own size during the day and at night were boarded together since my little one gets anxiety and they did great! As soon as we walked in we noticed it never smelled like dogs it smelled nice and clean and never once saw a mess at any time. The constant clean up is incredible. My pets were happy and TIRED when we picked them up! While we were on vacation if you like their Facebook page they are constantly uploading pictures and I was able to see my babies playing with other dogs and it was a nice relief to see for myself they were doing great! We bring our black lab husky here for grooming and we LOVE it. They include daycare in with the grooming cost which is super helpful and if your dog isn't that great with other dogs they don't just put them in a kennel they keep your dog up front with them! We took our pup to another place for boarding and they told us that he didn't do well with other dogs but when we brought him here they eased him into it and now he plays super well with the other dogs! They're also well educated on breeds so they know that lab huskies are typically not good with other dogs and more of a people dog which I didn't know until we came here! I doubt anyone REALLY likes to board their furry friends but sometimes the need arises. I have taken my buddy here on 3 occasions and have been SO impressed with the facilities (they will give a tour and you can watch the dogs play from the front windows) and his demeanor when I pick him up. The last time he was even "whiny" when we left and wanted to stay and play. Even though the location isn't overly convenient, I am glad I opted for CSS and will continue to use them for boarding. read more

They LOVE cats and dogs!!!! We love taking our dog here for grooming or an occasional Doggy Daycare when needed. They always show lots of love to our little dog and remember her each time she comes back. We've also used them for boarding and they take exceptional care of our dog. She has special medicine that needs given in the morning and evening and they have no problems making sure she gets the meds and is comfortable and happy. We left our Olde English Bulldogge, Gus, with the folks at come it Stay and couldn't have been more impressed with their professionalism and care for him. It was really comforting knowing that we could call and check in and get updates. The fact that he was able to play with other dogs all day and not be in a crate and brought outside only for bathroom breaks was really great! I could not recommend this place more highly. We had our dog boarded for 7 days while we took a family trip to NYC. We loved being able to see our little guy through their Facebook page. They often posted pictures of how the pets were spending their day. Which was rewarding for us, because we really missed our dog. The staff was kind, very welcoming and everything was somewhat smooth. The only issue I had was, when we finally got our guy home and gave him a bath we noticed scabs and abrasions on his skin. If, there were any issues we are confident the facility staff would have communicated that to us, but it's fair to say something occurred while in their care, whether it was an oversight is the main question, but leads to more questions. read more

We use Come Sit Stay to groom our two Great Pyrenees (not an easy feat), and also for grooming and boarding for our rescue foster dogs. They are so easy to work with, everyone is friendly, and they do a great job on grooming! Our dogs have a ton of hair and it cannot be shaved or cut too short due to their double coats, and Come Sit Stay always manages to return them to us looking amazing. WOW....they did an awesome job of grooming my two poodles! Brought in my two poodles to be groomed and was concerned that they would have some complications since one of them is only 13 weeks old. I was happily surprised by one of the best haircuts that I have seen! The staff was wonderful to work with and they did a great job of taking care of my girls all day in the doggie daycare while getting the pampering they needed in the grooming shop as well. I've taken my Pomeranian here for grooming twice. Both times she's come home looking very nice. My only complaint would be the first time I dropped her off and I was going to pick her when when they were finished and she wasn't ready until 2 hours AFTER the time they told me should would be. My dogs have been coming here off and on for 2 years. I would like to start with how happy I am about them now being open until 7 during the week and 6 on Saturday. This works so much better with my crazy work schedule. Secondly as soon as we turn into the area my dogs get super excited! I love that when I bring them I. We were referred to Comesitstay by our daughter who said her dog was very happy. The first 2 times he was groomed, we were pleased. The last time we asked for a little shorter cut because his hair grows so fast. We were shocked when we saw him! They left him with about 1/2 inch of hair! They left his tail and his ears alone. Speaking of the ears, he came home with a huge knot behind his left ear that I had to cut out. We warned our daughter, however, she took her dog there anyway. To say she was upset does not come close to how she felt when she saw her dog. She gave detailed instructions TWICE on what she wanted and it was totally ignored. Do yourself and your dog a favor, go elsewhere! Both our dogs are now traumatized by their experience. It's really a shame....they talk so nice and tell you what you want to hear and then.....they do whatever they want when they groom your dog. read more
