I am filing a formal complaint against Timbers at Mill Creek, ZRS Management, and Property Manager Kianna Winfrey for deceptive and negligent practices regarding my apartment lease and unresolved roach infestation issues. On May 28, 2025, I submitted a pest control request after spotting roaches in my unit for the first time in five years. Despite maintaining a clean living space, my request was canceled without explanation on June 2, 2025. A second request on June 11, 2025, was marked "completed" the next day, but no pest control service occurred. I hired Orkin on June 13, 2025, who confirmed an infestation and identified a large hole in my water heater closet as the entry point. Kianna Winfrey claimed the infestation stemmed from previous tenants, but neighbors contradicted this, suggesting the complex failed to address the issue. Kianna provided conflicting statements, verbally admitting to the infestation but later denying it in writing. I have photographic evidence of roaches and witnessed them emerging from under the undone carpet in my original unit. Due to these conditions, I requested to terminate my lease but was instead offered a move to a townhome. I was given only two days to move, and upon arrival on July 10, 2025, the new unit was unfinished and had numerous issues, including a foul-smelling refrigerator, non-functional toilet, broken showerhead, missing blinds, and gaps in the front door that allowed roaches to enter. Despite assurances, these issues were not resolved before my move-in. I killed multiple roaches in the new unit and have photographic evidence of 9-11 roaches. When I requested lease termination and a refund of my security deposit, Kianna dismissed my concerns, falsely claiming the insects were earwigs. She has been unresponsive, ignored emails, and avoided in-person meetings. I am requesting immediate lease termination and a full refund of my security deposit due to the deceptive renewal practices, negligent pest control handling, and uninhabitable conditions of both units. If unresolved, I will escalate this matter to housing authorities, consumer protection agencies, and legal counsel. Timbers at Mill Creek and ZRS Management have shown a pattern of negligence and deception, and I strongly advise against renting from them. I await your prompt resolution. read more

In 2021 during Covid, when 1 on 1 move out inspections were not being conducted, ZRS Management placed my account in collections the exact same day that I moved out of my apartment. I have proof b/c both the date of the move-out "invoice" that I just acquired and the date it was reported to the credit bureaus are the same. These fees (sewage, cleaning, $954) are invalid and they knew it. The won't look into my account. They are stating they do not own the propery (The Slate) anymore, but they are the ones that placed my account in collections. The Slate is stating that I have to dispute it with ZRS Management. ZRS took over management of our complex last December and it has been a disaster. Our water bills tripled (they are saying it is because more people are washing their cars. Really? The day you took over everyone in the complex suddenly starting washing their cars?) It equated to a $1200 per year increase in rent that we didn't budget for. I pay twice as much on my water bill per month in a two bedroom apartment than I did in a house with an irrigation system. The landscaping has been allowed to deteriorate, the walkway lights haven't worked in a year, there is a dog park that is like a toilet bowl because people don't clean up after their pets, and the gates in the "gated community" don't work 20% of the time. People smoke in what is supposed to be a non-smoking community (and throw their butts on the ground), and there are loud pool parties almost every weekend when people know they can get away with it because there is no management around on the weekends. We liked the complex when we first moved here, but our lease is up in a few months and we are definitely leaving, as many of our neighbors already have. read more

I am beyond outraged and heartbroken over what my sister, endured while living at Mirasol Eldorado. No one should ever have to experience such blatant harassment, negligence, and intimidation--let alone be forced out of their home because management refuses to take action. My family and I are newer to the area and were looking at this property as a new place to start our life in the DFW, to be closer to my sister after the passing of our father. Negligence from Day One Latonya did everything right. She reported inappropriate behavior from maintenance supervisor Anthony Alshalabi early on, only to be ignored by management. When that harassment escalated to a terrifying verbal assault, where Anthony threatened her in broad daylight--"You're a bitch-ass woman. I'll beat you like a man. I have something for you."--management still did nothing. Even after the assistant property manager felt compelled to call the police, and witnesses came forward, property manager Leesa St. Aubin refused to act. Instead of protecting my sister, she dismissed her concerns, saying, "I can't promise anyone safety. I can't even guarantee my own safety." If that's the case, then why is she in charge? Retaliation Instead of Accountability Rather than holding Anthony accountable, Mirasol Eldorado's response was to push my sister out. They offered her a 30-day lease termination--something she never asked for--forcing her to uproot her life for the sake of her own safety. This move was not just disruptive; it was devastating. It meant financial hardship, emotional turmoil, and, most importantly, the loss of stability for my three-year-old niece, whose special education program was disrupted by this forced relocation. A Warning to Potential Renters If you are considering moving to Mirasol Eldorado, I beg you to reconsider. This is not just a case of bad management--it is a case of a property that enables harassment and punishes those who speak out. My sister was threatened, intimidated, ignored, and ultimately forced from her home, all while management stood by and did nothing. No family should ever go through what we have. They have terrible service and property management. The staff is rude and disrespectful and could care less about its residents. They have no issues taken your rent but when I comes to providing the services they sell you are they are just flat out liars and thieves. Both EV chargers aren't working correctly and it's been reported to management countless times. It's been over 7 months and still they haven't been fixed. Please fix the eV chargers. 1020 at Winter Springs is supposed to be a smoke free property. Yet my adjoining neighbor continues to smoke her weed and cigarettes. The property is so very old that the walls and floors are paper thin. So here it is 9 months later and I can taste the nasty cigarette smoke coming through the wall. Per the legal lease agreement, that we all have signed, smoking violators will be fined, then evicted. Hasn't happened with all the proof, phone calls and emails sent to the office. So many that I've lost count! The office is very aware that I suffer fro migraines, and the nasty skunk smelling weed and tar cigarettes are a very bad trigger for my migraines and health! So much so that my Neurologist has now put me on weekly injections because I was having to take the original migraine medication daily, which was supposed to be no more than 4 times a month. It is so bad that I now suffer daily migraines as well as nosebleeds. Guess office management thinks they know better than an educated Nuerologist! So because the addicted nasty neighbor and the do nothing management staff continue to ignore my health concerns and quality of life, I will have to start monthly Botox injections. For those of you that don't know, that comprises of 27 to 30 painful injections in my scalp, neck and shoulders. Please note, I've lived on this property for 6 years and have never been so unhealthy in my life, nor have I ever encountered such a rude nasty neighbor. We moved into the Dalton 6 months ago. ZRS recently bought the property. We are hoping that they are better than the previous management. The previous management was horrible. However, it appears that the office manager is still the manager of the complex so we are not that hopeful at all. I have lived here for about 6 months and I will not be renewing my lease. Here is a description of why this place really deserves less than one star: - Ants when we first moved in...and they were everywhere. Talked to other residents and they still have problems exterminator comes only one day a week and we still had to rectify the problem ourselves. - AC does not work properly. Only on one side of the apartment does the AC actually work. Maintenance came out several times but it still does not work properly. - Garage that we pay for was not ready when we moved in. Apparently maintenance had things in our garage. We did eventually get the garage empty but was extremely dirty with debris and nails. - Washer that we pay for leaks. Dish washer leaks as well. Maintenance came out but unable to fix it, so it still leaks. - There are holes in the walls and the walls are painted poorly. My 5 year old niece could of done a better job - Mice. Need I say more. Apparently we are not the only ones with this problem. - We live in building 14 which has an elevator but unfortunately the elevator was not ready when we moved in. So it took about 2-3 months after we moved in until it actually worked. And when we asked when it would be completed they had no idea. - Our building has many cracks in the surfaces so it appears to me that this place was just thrown up in a hurry. - Dog poop all over the property. Even though it is said that they use dna to identify and fine residents. I doubt this is done at all, just take a brief walk on the property to find it all over. - Management is poor at best. Just read the reviews on Google. Oh and for the longest time it seemed like low reviews were being suppressed. And I doubt that the 5 and 4 star reviews are actually residents here because everyone I have talked to have encountered most of these problems and some even more. The only pro to this complex is the residents. They are awesome and extremely friendly. However, this does not justify the amount of rent that I pay each month for this "luxury apartment". This is NOT a luxury apartment at all. The amenities are subpar and not worth staying here at all. We will not be renewing our lease at all. read more

THE ALTON- DALLAS: Horrible leasing agents. Poor management. Even worse follow up. 0/10 score. Story: I booked a appointment for a showing, I arrived early with a friend in excitement, I was not greeted at first, I asked for water, was told they had none and the agent did not care to point me to a water faucet even on that hot day. After waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes hearing the male agent talk in the other room and no one assisting me at or after my appointment time, my friend and I decided to leave. No follow up from agents for them missing my appointment time. Honestly feels like they care about the wrong things instead of basic customer service or your appointment. I couldn't imagine living here and paying top dollar for such an inept group of people. I spoke with the Regional Manager -Kimberly who apologized. Personally, don't waste your time and money here. These people are anything but premium. You can have the nicest building in Dallas but it means nothing when the people running it can't do their job or make you feel invited. ZRS is a prime example of everything wrong with the rental market. They use Realpage as a tool to manipulate the market and indirectly coordinate with their competitors to raise rates. Ever wonder why the rates change every few days and they all seem to go up or down together? This is why. In addition, they force you to pay for and use a 3rd party package service called Fetch. You're not allowed to receive packages directly from UPS, Fedex or Amazon. They are routed to Fetch's warehouse. You must then coordinate with them for delivery or drive their and get it yourself. This adds a day or more to any shipment. Overnight and express shipments are no longer options for you. Your medications and other sensitive items are in a 3rd party's possession. You can look up Fetch and read the nightmare experiences. The concept was understandable in high rise buildings where there was no room for all the packages. To require this in a standard 3 story rental property with external entrances is unnecessary and a shady business practice. read more

This company is horrible. They took over our complex last year and its's been downhill ever since. We have lived here since 2021, so this year will be 4 years. They are always issuing lease violation charges (I have spoken to multiple other residents) but won't ever explain what they are. Multiple street lights are out, the grass is littered with dog droppings, the sidewalk was cracked and torn up for over a month, the amenities don't work half the time and the front office refuses to answer the phone. I'm so sad because we truly loved living here prior to the complex being "managed" by them, and I use managed very loosely. I don't understand how they are allowed to get away with this stuff, because we pay so much money a month. Beware: they will file an eviction notice against you by mistake where it will haunt you for years and they won't lift a finger to resolve it. I have 800+ credit score and pay rent on time. ZRS mistakenly filed an eviction notice against me by accident -- they mistook me for someone else! I sent multiple emails to their lawyer requesting they remove this incorrect eviction record against me and their lawyer assured me that there was no record. My background check shows that I have a public record of eviction! They keep saying it's fine because it was dismissed in open court, but this is terrible mistake to have on your record. Prose Cypress Pointe Winter Haven, Florida is under new Management ZRS as of April 1, 2025. I just had an encounter with the front desk and Manager. Our internet had no connection. I went to the office just teasing about my Basketball game tonight. They kept saying they were sorry and nothing they could do about it. I made a suggestion and the Manager came out all guns nasty not having respect for the resident (myself )paying rent for their salaries. Communication is extremely poor. Manager claimed I was trying to tell her how to do her job when I explained I was just making a suggestion about notifying your residents when there is an outage, simple. She took it to another level and I went there too! She should not be a manager who does not know how to talk to residents who are paying to live there experiencing all they are paying for. I asked for her managers name to no avail. This was the worse experience I have had, the last management was so much better. Not looking to extend my stay or recommend anyone else. From the moment I moved into this place(Banyan Bay Apartments in Coconut Creek, Fl. - ZRS property), there was a leak in the wall - water streams from the ceiling to the floor. I submitted multiple work orders (from August 2018 til now February 2019) to have it investigated as I felt like it could turn into an health issue because of mold. An employee came out to "investigate the wall". His solution to the problem was to paint over the water stains that covered the wall. Each time that it rained, the wall would have streams of water running down and into the carpet. I followed up with another work order in September and there was still no permanent resolution. Third work order for the same wall Feb. 2019 - same issue. Carpet SOAKING WET in the corner wall and I have electronics plugged in. The maintenance guy came by on the 4th, left a LARGE HOLE in the wall and left a huge fan and humidifier in my place. He also mentioned that this was not a new issue, the previous tenants had the same issue. I contacted a mold company to come out and complete an inspection. You can imagine my surprise when I got home yesterday evening to see an even bigger hole in the wall than the one they previously made. I did not have a missed call, email, nothing from Banyan Bay's staff. I can go on and on about all the negligence. DO NOT - I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO STAY AT THIS PLACE!! Stay far far away! Charge based on a number of different things, but not ethically what so ever. I paid double what others did. I'm so disappointed. I'll be beyond happy when I can leave. It's unfinished completely! No locked in garage, that is if you want to park in unsafe territory and have your windshield smashed in via a loose sheet of steel falling. Oh what next, office are kind, but once your in absolutely 0 help, they don't speak to you once they have your money. Which is fair enough but you additionally can't ask for any help, or you will be told your either hurting feelings, or that your wrong. Record all your phone calls so take pictures of all your problems because you'll have them. NOTHING IS FINISHED, I thought I was moving into a pool at least, no. Waste of my time money effort, I've lived in far less expensive and the maintenance team have been kind and actually existed. Came home after work one day, door to my washing machine was off the hinges, my lock is broken, has been since I moved in. Working in healthcare I double bag my shoes for precaution before entering my apartment, given we are in an epidemic, I received a call from 'the leasing office' letting me know there were complaints about trash, I explained I would be back shortly and remove the bags from outside my door, they are double bagged and it's for safety. I was told 'it's about the look of the hallway' I asked her to repeat herself and she did. I was shocked. I then returned about 2hrs later, my shoes had been disposed of. Regarding a property they manage in Kemah, TX. Sabrina and Ernesto in the leasing office are not very friendly, unresponsive and only care to assist anyone else except minorities. They lied to me and created daily excuses of to not approve my application. They did the same thing to my friend who is also a minority. If you are planning or looking to move to The Mondrian PLEASE READ. This place looked wonderful at first but the events that transpired while living here was absolutely horrible!!!! It's been almost 2 years since my husband and I moved into the Mondrian. Within the first 3 months, just as Covid hit our car was stolen TWICE. Resident parking is a "secure" parking garage...my husband had his Escalade stolen during the day (we watched it later on the surveillance footage) insurance gave my husband a loaner Escalade and less than 2 weeks it was STOLEN AGAIN. Again, we saw this on the security cameras. The police were unable to do anything. Needless to say we immediately started to look at other apartments to move. It was nearly impossible since it was the start of Covid. We have been looking for a place to live since that incident. The management at the time Grey Star told us we could get out of our lease as soon as we find a place to live. (I have the email from Jamie Lynch the manager at the time) unable to find a place we were forced to renew our lease for 6 more months About 5 months ago my dog and I were attacked by a dog just outside my hallway. Luckily my dog was ok, but I sustained injuries to my hand and fingers and the police and animal control were called once. The owner of the dog took zero responsibility and was hostile and rude when management, police and animal control contacted them. The Mondrian told the owners of the dog (after the dogs mandatory quarantine by animal control) that the dog needed to be muzzled while on the property...as soon as management switched from Grey Star to ZRS the dog has been unmuzzled, risking the safety of the residents and their pets! Once The Mondrian was taken over by ZRS, a month ago our neighbor asked if we smelled weed coming through our vents because they were, rightfully so concerned for their infant. My husband and I hadn't at the time. About a week later we started to smell it coming through our vents EXTREMELY strong (as if someone were actually smoking inside my apartment) I notified the new management and they said they will figure out where it was coming from...they had not *weed is still illegal in TX* I informed the new management that we will be terminating our lease as promised by the previous management. As well as explaining to the new management of the incidents of our cars being stolen and me being attacked by a dog, she informed me that she will forward to her superior. I spoke with management today, they will not honor the lease termination and I'll need to pay the hefty fee to terminate 2 months early I feel extremely unsafe in this building with all the drug use and crime happening all around me. I DO NOT want to live in an apartment where smoke of ANY kind is coming into my home. I brought my dog to stay in NY with my parents because I don't feel safe walking him We desperately want to get out of our lease but the management isn't cooperating, even though I sent them the email from previous management regarding the termination of our lease as soon as we find somewhere safe to live! read more

This is a blatant line. I had to clean the place myself and I'm still out $88 3) "Valet" trash was 24.95 a month and there were several times that they did not pick up the trash. I've been a tenant at a ZRS managed property for about 4 months now and in this short time, I can see the truth of most of these reviews. I've encountered more problems with this company than I have in 9 other years of renting. All of the rules the company stated in the lease (pet owners letting animals poop in the hall, noisy community spaces, unsecured areas of the premise, etc.) have already been broken multiple times. Wow, take a look at these terrible reviews! So, I have lived in what is now Audubon Park Apartments for almost five years. Like most of the other reviewers will tell you, this place has really taken a nose dive. Five years ago, the property was named Elan Audubon Park and was run by Greystar, and it was glorious. The property was always pristine and quiet, a beautiful place to live! The gal who showed me around, Joy Becerra, was so helpful and kind; of course, she is gone now. The maintenance staff was amazing, Juan and Jose were both so friendly and helpful; of course, they are gone now. The property started to decline a bit when it was managed by Harbor Property and renamed Linden Audubon Park. The property was recently taken over by ZRS Management and holy smokes, it is now so unbelievably bad! They switched computer systems and you have no clue what you owe! I called the leasing office and they literally told me to guess what I owed, maybe pay what you paid last month. What? The amount varies month to month based on water, etc. We used to receive statements in the mail of how much we owe, with a breakdown of the water, etc. They also told us that the automated payment system was not working and we had to pay by check. I dropped a check off to the leasing office on August 31st, for the month of September and was apparently assessed a late fee of $283.60. I went into the office yesterday and was told they had not processed the checks from August 31st yet. Why? If you are taking your sweet time processing checks, why assess ME the late fee? Next, my lease is up on October 28, 2022. I told them I would probably move out a day early on October 27, 2022, and was assessed and early termination fee of $5,672.00. What? I am not breaking my lease, I am paying through the 28th, I am just going to actually move out a day earlier than the actual end date. Why would I break my lease for a day? Next, since ZRS Management has taken over, there has been trash everywhere on the property! Literally, trash cans overflowing in all areas. There is old furniture and trash just piling up around the dumpster area, attracting ants and rodents. There is trash in the once beautiful pond out front. There is dog poop all over the property, even on the sidewalks. One of the gates has been broken for several weeks now. This property is now an absolute disaster! You would not want to rent here if this is how they are going to manage the property. The only good addition to the property has been Lily in the leasing office. She was helpful when my gate clicker stopped working. Prior to my encounter with Lily, I had previously gone into the leasing office several times and another employee, Sheniqua, told me "Everyone complains about their clickers, if I replace yours, I would have to replace everyone's!" Well, if everyone's gate clickers are not working, then you probably should replace everyone's gate clickers. Just a thought. I have been at this property for five years. It is reasonable to assume that after five years, the gate clicker might have stopped working, and just needed to be replaced. Lily did so immediately, without question. Kudos to Lily! If I could give negative stars I would. I was moving into a unit at The Sands in Orlando. As I was on my way with all of my belongings they call and say the unit I chose was unavailable. They then have me change over utilities. I arrive and they say the one I just changed my utilities to also was not available. I change them again and they end up only having a 2nd floor unit when I needed a 1st floor. Then my hvac broke and no one came for 4 days. Then I found out they put me in a faulty unit with prior ceiling damage because after a storm water began to leak all over my belongings from multiple parts of the unit ruining my property. Then they tell me in the middle of the day I have to move units again. The next unit I had cockroaches crawling on me as I slept and all over during the day, the carpet on the stairs looked like they have not been cleaned in years. The banister was missing parts to where my kids could have fallen off the stairs. Then the hvac also broke again in this unit and I was displaced because it was almost 100 degrees inside. I was forced to lose food I just purchased, pay multiple fees to restart and transfer services, miss work for multiple days only to end up in a tiny, dirty, roach infested apartment. Do not rent from The Sands in Orlando. It is the nastiest place I've ever lived and everyone from the front office to the corporate office do not return your calls or emails when you have issues. read more

My original property closed. Surprise surprise. Over 15 people found the review useful, so I figured it would be helpful to share on the management page as well. First and foremost: Do not move into any property owned by ZRS Management. Plain and simple. The front office staff is reprehensible in the fact that they do not show any accountability towards their tenants, and will blatantly lie, and not use the initial deposit, to extract money from you upon move out. For example: Packages and mail are placed in front of your door, and often times stolen. The front office has made no attempt to rectify this situation with added security (camera's or guards). In the case that you do have a mailbox--as I did--mail and packages were stolen out of there as well. The front office staff made it known "that this was not their problem and to deal with USPS myself." Upon moving in and living there--the previous tenant as well as the tenants living above me next to me-- smoked no less than a pack of cigarettes a day, causing my furniture and clothing to smell like the inside of a prohibition-era tavern. Cigarette butts constantly littered my balcony. Again, not the problem of the front office. If you have a Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Pitbull--this is the place for you! . There's no breed restrictions! And if you're a lazy pet-owner, even better you're not forced to pick up after your dog. (Side note, and sarcasm aside: one reason I did move here was because of the affordable pet deposit. Even though the trash valet had threatened to hurt my dog because she barked at him). Doors were constantly broken, unfixed, and left open around the complex. Therefore, it's not the most safe apartment complex to live in, to say the least. Resident Review FOR ASHLEY LAKE PARK IN BOYNTON BEACH FL : I am a fairly new resident and in the beginning was sold on the location, amentities, and hospitalty displayed. However, in the past few months we've noticed a few items that should be pointed out. We are good tenants however if a complex promises you running appliances and you follow the proper steps for service request, you should not be waiting weeks going into months with no ETA. My dryer stopped working on Feb 6th so we made a service request in the Resident portal. The office staff acknowledges the request after 2 follows up, 1 from each tenant, along with follow up emails. We follow up to request an ETA, and the answer was "when he can, he is 1 guy for 300 units and we can't make him move faster" and the other guy for the complex team preps "new" units but he cant assist. "New" unoccupied units is more pressing, than 2 moms with 2 children who need to dry clothes on a regular bases. But it is now Feb 28th, dryer has not been touched and they claim there is no compensation for how long this is taking to be even checked on and we received no callback with an update. We have been patient but why am I promised a working dryer that is included in my rental benefits as a tenant and have to remind the ZRS Management team that this is far too long for a service request that Im sure can be taken care of in a timely manner. Also, why even put boots on vehicles that didn't pay for their guest parking, and have them sit with the boot on it for days. Awful- renters beware. Nothing luxury about renting from them. They bought our complex last summer and have turned it into an absolute unsafe shit hole. Not to mention, rent has doubled once your old lease expires.  It's also not a secured gated community. Pool flithy, grounds covers in goose shit, garbage area over flowing 24/7. HIDDEN CAMS FOUND IN MY APARTMENT!!! STAFF GRANTED ACCESS TO MY APARTMENT TO MY STALKER!!! Long story short, I am being stalked by a former friend/roommate. It has been 3 years and he still won't leave me alone. I moved to Promenade at Carillon and stayed from 2019 to 2020 to get away from this guy as he is very dangerous and disturbed. Very alarming and suspicious damage kept happening to the apartment and my property that I knew were related to my stalker. What was strange was there was no forced entry and I changed my lock multiple times so how was he getting in? I voiced my concerns to management about my suspensions of staff (Terrance L Collins in particular) helping this guy and was completely blown off. They tried to cover it up. worse living experience ( really dirty) I've ever had and also the most expensive. ( I moved in only 2 months ago is disgusting) I am contacting you because I am not happy with the service and the quality of your facilities here at Doral 4200. We moved in the apartment # 2...1 last July the 11th, and since the first week, we started emailing and reporting to your management office all the issues. In one of those communication, the management office responded saying that the property lawyers would answer back to us. We do not know if this was a way to scare or just threat us. (D.H.....z - property manager) In addition, anybody informed us when we signed the lease that the community was still under construction. At the beginning, for several weeks we had a lot of dust coming into the apartment because of the building activities. As of today, we have taken more than 80 pictures showing all the condition described above. As an example: dog pup and urine, trash, vomit in the hallways, and trash chute blocked. Because of the trash chute blocked we are forced to bring the trash into the trash room ourselves, which is in worse conditions (not sure this can be considered in lien with safety, sanitation and fair housing regulation). Your community manger comment on this was that it is a trash room; this is how it should look like....! (J. K...n- Community Manager) We have not only emailed your management office informing on these things, we also went to talked to them personally to understand what they are doing to prevent this. In one of these meeting, we had a conversation with your community manager, and specifically when we were mentioning to her about the trash chute always blocked she talked with these words: "this is because your residents and your people are putting....". Today, again, we saw the building not in clean conditions (we took pictures). Because of it, we are seriously thinking in early termination the lease to start looking for a new place. On this regard, considering that the main reason we are leaving is because of the dirty condition of the building, repeated "nasty" situation such as vomits, pupu dogs in the hallways, etc. (all of them communicated, shared with the management offices, and documented with emails and pictures), is not fair that we have to pay 2 months for early termination fee for do not want to live in a Nasty situation in a " LUXURY COMMUNITY" read more
