The staff is so kind and cares so deeply about each pet. My family always gets so sad when we have to go on long trips away from our dog, but we always feel so comfortable leaving our pup in Carden's hands. Darcel and Cass were so sweet and understanding with her and went above and beyond to make our pup comfortable and at ease. They truly understand dog behaviors and work with each dog's personality to make the experience at Uncle Buggy's a positive one. The facility is well thought out and welcoming and spotlessly clean. The outside yard is safe and big and has fun things for dogs to do (i.e. a big dirt pile for those, like my girl, who like to dig). I have brought all three of my dogs in and get the minimum vaccines and such and the vet is really alright with that...my dogs are kept in a fenced yard and have no interaction with other dogs. The techs and vet spoke with me at length regarding her extreme anxiety issues, and were kind, gentle, and patient with the pup. The exception (hence 4 and not 5 stars) is the only certified phlebotomist at this facility, who would have traumatized any animal or human with what was quite possibly the worst phlebotomist "skills" I've ever witnessed. I'd be surprised if my pup doesn't have scar tissue in a few legs after the repeated attempts to insert, wiggle around the needle, push it in and out of the pup's body... it almost made me vomit just watching. Then this same person had the nerve to tell me I should bring my pup daily for lunch so she isn't afraid of the vet!! The vet herself was fantastic. She listened to the issues and even discovered a tick borne disease in the pup, and then she prescribed several pills that have given my pup her life back. Very thoughtful and thorough. Worth every penny. Please find a new phlebotomist though, or every animal that goes there will forever be traumatized too.

One is very old and not able to be easily worked with due to her skittish nature ( Honey Bun ). The staff here did an awesome AWESOME job with both dogs and I was able to watch which helped me overcome my anxiety about having Honey Bun groomed . We go there for grooming and boarding and they are awesome! Megan does a FANTASTIC job with the kennels and you know she and her staff really care about the dogs. They make you feel like you are their only client! And Tweakie the groomer does an awesome job, she is booked up for months in advance, so what does that tell you? But most of all is everyone's upbeat, postive, caring attitude! You just can't find that anymore. I love these guys and so do my dogs!

When we got our 12 week old puppy Lido, we were eager to bring him to Your Dog's Inn, and really…read morehad no idea how much he'd need the type of program that Elizabeth provides. He was a rescue puppy from a foster home in Georgia, and we had never met him before picking him up at the transport drop off. His foster mom had told us that he was a bit of an Alpha and he was very affectionate. Well, once we got him we learned he was more than a bit of an Alpha, that he hadn't been properly socialized with other dogs, he was dominant, and high energy. Elizabeth determined this during his assessment but said she would take him. On day two Elizabeth confirmed suspicions that my husband and I had that Lido was not the Lab mix that the rescue told us we were getting, that he was indeed a Pit Bull. I don't have anything against Pit Bulls, but the news did have an effect on how I felt about the whole situation. After five days of going to Elizabeth's, Lido was a totally changed pup. By using exercise, discipline, and appropriate affection, Lido was listening, he was calm, and sleeping through the night without any accidents. Elizabeth was very informative, caring, and really teaching us how to raise our puppy. It's clear that she's passionate about her work, and she does it very well. Sadly, Lido was sent back to Georgia after having him for two weeks. Though he was behaving, I had a sense of unease around him and I knew eventually that would transfer to him and possibly make him aggressive towards me. I didn't think waiting to see if that feeling would go away would be good for either one of us, so my husband and I made the really hard decision to send him back to the rescue. Elizabeth was wonderfully understanding when I told her, and really helped in making me see there was nothing wrong with me, that he just wasn't the puppy for us. We'll get another puppy someday, but we'll take our time and research breeds that would work for us, and make sure to meet the puppy before bringing him/her home. I was so impressed with what spending two weeks in Elizabeth's care did for Lido that we'll definitely return when we get another puppy.

Originally she was only going to go 3 days per week, but the owner and Pack leader Elizabeth quickly observed that Lucy might be more suited for the puppy program which would be 5 days per week. I can't thank Elizabeth enough for allowing Lucy to be part of her puppy program, after only 2 1/2 months, the difference is amazing. I have a wonderful dog I enjoy spending time with and all of my time is not spent having to discipline her or correct her over and over. She comes home tired, she greets visitors at the door like a lady and her habit of stealing everything that was not nailed down has almost completely stopped. Elizabeth is upfront & honest right from the beginning when she meets you for the first time and observes your dog. She tells it like it is and I find that very refreshing as it helps to alleviate any misunderstandings concerning her expectations and what she can offer her clients from her program. Your Dog's Inn is a clean, safe, interactive place where your dog can learn how to interact with other dogs (big and small) in a positive way. Elizabeth often videos and posts the antics of her "pack" which allows us to see and enjoy their progress on a regular basis. Thank you Elizabeth for not only working with Lucy to be a better companion, but for working with Rick and me to educate and model what it takes to be a better "Pack Leader".

We've been…read moretaking our 7 year old lab there for boarding since she was a puppy and have never had anything but great experiences. I've found that they are very responsive via telephone, are very pleasant when interacting at the facility, and even send pics and texts while she is there. We had taken our lab to other boarders who charge $30 per night, and then $10 more if you want them to have playtime, then $10 more if you want them to get a walk. One of the fantastic things about Zeke's is that they have a HUGE fenced in yard that the dogs get the run of for hours of play time. No extra charge for exercise! I feel guilty enough leaving her at a boarders, so knowing she isn't kenneled much, outside of overnight and naptime, is a huge relief to me. Another bonus... they always give the dogs a bath before pickup and even washed our dog bed this last time! We took our lab and our new dog over the holidays this year and it was our new pup's first time at a boarders. They were able to share a kennel and I knew he would be well taken care of. Our dogs have NEVER come back injured, only happy and exhausted!

We called Oceanside Animal Hospital and we were able to get in same day at 10:30AM. My first impression is the facility is very nice, clean, and organized and the landscaping on the outside is beautiful. Despite the staff shortage today, we were welcomed right away and seen right after we checked in. The process was smooth and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable! We are also having an issue where Pico has been on a hunger strike for a couple of days, and the staff recommended biome food for us to try. We are grateful to the staff at Oceanside and highly recommend them!

When I called Oceanside, they were quick to respond, and in less than two hours my pup had her medication. I am very thankful for their kindness and efficiency. I wish more vets were like this.
