My last four appointments have been canceled, and it seems to happen every time I start making progress with my treatments. This has already cost me a significant amount of time and money, and paying thousands of dollars for this level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. After receiving another cancellation, I called in May to see what could be done. I was told there were no options available at my location and that I could try scheduling at other locations that are much farther away. When I agreed, I found out that none of those locations had availability until August. I called in May, so waiting several more months for a treatment is unacceptable. The lack of staffing appears to be a recurring issue. At one point, the location was looking to hire an additional nurse but apparently never did. When the only nurse left, appointments were simply canceled with no meaningful solution for customers who had already paid thousands of dollars for services. They have traveling nurses, so why can't they have them start covering appointments and help keep treatments on schedule? How hard can it be to find a solution for existing customers? If turnover is this bad, management should take a serious look at what they are doing wrong and why they are unable to retain staff. The most frustrating part is the lack of accountability. I explained that I paid for a service and asked what could be done to address the repeated cancellations and treatment delays. I was told management would contact me. To this day, I have not received a phone call, email, or any follow-up. Laser hair removal requires consistent treatments to maintain results. Because of these delays and cancellations, I have experienced significant regrowth and feel that the value of the service I paid for has been severely impacted. At this point, if I do finally receive a response from management, I will have a hard time believing it is because they genuinely care about resolving the issue rather than because I was forced to leave a negative review in order to get someone's attention.

Despite canceling, they continued to charge me, and when I followed up, I was lied to -- told that I had been refunded *last month*, which was completely false. Not only was there no refund but I was also met with hostility. Angela outright yelled at me and seemed incapable of understanding why I was furious that they had essentially ** stolen money from me. This kind of behavior is not only unethical, but It's no wonder there are rumors floating around that they struggle to pay people reliably It also speaks volumes that for years after moving to their "new" location, they couldn't even afford a clinic sign just a blank wall and some excuses. The only redeeming part of this place has been Caitlin, a truly talented esthetician who has always been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I sincerely hope she finds a better, more reputable clinic where her skills are properly valued. If you're considering Skin & Body 101, think twice.
