And when she's done if there is still something you don't find just right, she will take the time to get it right. Sandy does an incredible job, and I would highly recommend her to everyone. I had an appointment with Sabrina today at 12:30. I received a text from her at 11:57 saying that " her son's car had a tire blow out and she needs to reschedule me." Perhaps that happened, although I know such things don't take the entire day to fix and she didn't offer a later appointment. I made plans around this as I have an event tomorrow night. LeAnn tamed my mane!! Thank goodness! I'm a recent transplant and I was so nervous about finding someone who could handle my hair. It's thick and coarse and ridiculous sometimes. I did some research and finally took a leap of faith on LeAnn Chandler. Well, I am soooo very glad that I did! First of all, she's a down to earth human. I liked her immediately. But that doesn't mean that she's the right fit for my hair needs, right? Wrong! She ended up being the perfect fit for me! She has a great online appointment system that worked perfectly and I used it again ten minutes after I got home from my first appointment. Next, the salon seems very clean and she was actually Lysol-ing when I arrived so I'm pretty sure we were in good shape. She took the time to ask me questions, she was no nonsense when I showed her a picture of what I was thinking I'd want to go for and she did a great job on the color, cut and blow out. Mel is a ticking time bomb. I had been seeing her for years and so had my kids. She was running late for my daughter's appointment and we were on a time crunch to get to my daughter's confirmation. Fantastic SALON! This place is hidden off the beaten path in "older" Castle Rock, but WELL worth it! I saw Hannah for the first time yesterday for a true makeover! We went shorter and blonder and WOW... FANTASTIC! I love how she uses LOTS of foils to avoid any weird lines in your hair! The cut she gave me is fantastic. Cori Devine is an incredible hair stylist. When I first started going to the salon my hair could not grow and was horribly thinning. I don't know the last time my hair has been this long and healthy. Amber has been gracing my do' with her talents for a few years now. I have always been one of those apprehensive to change and cutting more than an inch or two as needed. Amber is wonderful when it comes to working with her clients visions and needs. She's caring and attentive, with an awesome knack for color. I visited Hannah and I am sold. The location for En Gedi is interesting as it is located behind a feed store and in an industrial area. I know you are thinking "a stylist behind a feed store" but heh...why not! Once inside the salon, the decor is warm and inviting with slate floors and dark woodwork. The real attraction is not the salon itself but Hannah --- she does a great job with color. My preferences for hair color and highlights are not easy. I was impressed with Hannah's willingness to jump right in and the result was fantastic! Her prices are very reasonable. My only suggestion is a little background music or spa sound track would create a more relaxing experience and better ventilation would be nice! read more

Be careful who you go to at this salon. The salon itself is very nice. I am new to this area and choose a stylist from their website. The color was OK but I had my formula from My previous stylist so it would be hard for her to screw that up. But I should have never let her take scissors to my hair. I explained to her how my last stylist cut my hair and I swear this woman gave me a Dorothy Hamel haircut straight out of the 80's. She didn't bother to part my hair properly when cutting and she did not do any texturizing like I asked her to. I should have payed more attention so I accept my part. Nikki, is fantastic with hair. She's definitely been extensively trained above and beyond and has an eye for what works for the client. If you are brave, she will be brave. Each stylist rents a booth in this expansive salon, and it seemed the clients were regulars. Kristen at En Gedi gave me one of the best facials I have ever had. I moved here from NY 2 years ago & went to Woodhouse Spa a few times. I was not happy with their service. Not enough extractions & they even left my chin untouched perhaps because we ran out of time. I was kind of thinking that I would never find anyone as good as my girl back in NY until I found Kristen. She was very thorough & my skin felt fresh & clean when I left. She listened well to my concerns & suggested treatments we will try. I am going back this week for another one. Her pricing is more than fair for the excellent service she gives.
