This day should have been a joyous time for me and family, however it turned out to be so dramatic for NO REASON! I wish I never walked into Uomo Da Milano. My entire day was ruined before the son's graduation, unfortunately we did not have a family dinner prior to the MOST IMPORTANT DAY of my son's life! This is the series of events: I walked into the store on Friday May 17th, I asked the cashier to assist my son with hemming his pants and the waist of the pants. The crazy lady at the desk charged my son $100.00 for an alteration, plus tax. I went around the corner in the mall to another alternation store with a professional tailor on site - the price was $18.00 for the same job. I went back to retrieve the pants, however, they never gave me back my refund. It has been a total nightmare dealing with this store. The owner called me to give me the full refund within a few hours. I returned back to the store hoping to get my refund to no avail. The crazy lady insisted that she already credited the card. I told her the owner called me and he asked to swipe my card for the refund. She was adamant that the refund was given and she gave me a receipt. Guess what? It is Thursday, nearly one week later - NO REFUND! I called her back she said, Go ahead and make a dispute with your bank! LORD, have Mercy! You cannot make this stuff up. I am going to report them to Better Business Bureau and the the AG Office. Good luck Brown people!

The quality of the suits are just as good as Macy's but this place has more eye catching suits than Macy's. Despite being measured the first time, the pant size came in way too long. They measured my legs the first time; why they couldn't adjust it right away and have it properly fit it and have to take my measurements twice doesn't really compute with me. To top it off, the adjustments can't be made on the actual suit with their in-house tailor so they don't really have a solution to the "oh you feel like the suit doesn't fit very well? well our tailor can't work on that," and while they do offer referrals to other tailors who can potentially help, probably not enough time before my friend's wedding to get that fixed. I also felt like the adjustment fees were a bit sneaky. If they charged me for the adjustment/fitting right away or it was priced into the suit, it would just make more sense to me then to be hit with another fee afterward for what to me just seems like inefficiency. Coming back for a 3rd time? I bought a suit once somewhere else and I was in and out in under 15 minutes with an awesome suit that I still treasure to this day. Oh, and it fits and looks way better than the one I purchased from here. Although I was relatively a fan of the experience in the beginning, I'm now less than satisfied and not sure whether I would recommend them.
