A couple hours later, came out with two nice quality complete suits (one blue and one gray). Also a nice patterned blazer. Needed trousers hemmed, so they measured me there and marked the clothes. Also picked up a nice thick gray pea coat. My wife and the sales lady had me try on a bunch of shirts to mix & match with my suits. Many were on clearance. Also picked out some nice blue corduroy trousers and another pair of colored pants that I can mix in with the shirts/ blazers. The sales associate (Stacey?) did a great job measuring and picking out the suits according to my wants. Had a great experience all around. Definitely recommend.

On the other hand, the sizes are picked over so much that I rarely purchase anything. I wear small or extra smalls and the merch on the racks skews toward extra large! Also the store seems to be set up to discourage trying on the outerwear. There are several full length mirrors scattered around the perimeter, but there is so much stuff piled in front of them you can't stand back to see yourself and there is no bench or anything to set your stuff on. If I'm gonna spend $140 on a coat I want to make sure I don't look like an elf or a hobbit in it. I mentioned all this to the clerk behind the cash register. She got needlessly snotty & defensive with me. Next time I'm gonna check out the Hawks Prairie location and see if it's any better.

We couldn't purchase one digital they make you purchase an album for $160.00 with only 18 photos on it of which 5 came out decent with our eyes open. There wasn't anybody to assist her while taking our photos so the pets could be looking at the actual camera me and my boyfriend had to take turns . Never again. Please book somewhere else.

Looked at the size label on the plastic wrap and it says 4XLT. The person picking the product at the distribution center did not bother to read and ship the correct size. Now I have to take it back to the store and deal with the hassle. Oh and slim pickings of merchandise in the JC Penny store at Capitol Mall, reminds me of what Sears looked like before they went belly up. So it won't be long and JC Penny will more than likely be closing.
