Their shoes are "cool" and make a style statement. Though I'm not sure my feet can take them! And don't talk to me about those backpacks Van's sells! I desired one badly! If these were photography backpacks I would have gotten one! But I did leave there on this day with a pretty "cool" Van's ball cap that is fashionable wear in summer time. Van's isn't a huge by any means, but they just sell good stuff! I am fascinated every time I visit. My friend picked up a nicely designed boonie cover (well, that's what we called them back in my deployment days) and an awesome off white pair shorts. Now, the staff that helped us on this day was one of the best I've experienced in a clothing shop. From enthusiasm, to answering questions, ensuring we get the best discounts, and helping us to sign up for their rewards/app, etc., I was extremely impressed. There is a welcoming atmosphere here and I'd sure enjoy coming back anytime. I really don't think prices at Van's are overly high when compared to other outlets of its type at Town Center. However, if you want better value for your dollars, ask about their discounts on the day you shop here and sign up for the rewards. When I tried it on, it fit like a glove, which was exciting. It's always a 50/50 shot whether something fits me correctly. Luckily it looked just as good on the hanger as it did on me. I also got a collared shirt for my spouse, which was on sale online. When I headed to the cashier, I put my items on the counter the shirt and the dress rang up higher. Sketchers has become my numero uno in footwear! Over the course of this year, I've purchased two…read morepairs of dress shoes, one pair of trail shoes, which added to the Sketchers household shoes I've had around for a while! The deals here really make it difficult to not visit every day! I used to be a New Balance guy but I found what seemed to be changes in the shoes that caused them to not last as long as they used to. I didn't need to stick with NB anymore since my military service ended. But I found an opportunity to give another brand a try. I picked up a sturdy black trail shoe that continues to impress me and shows no signs of wearing out, whether on the trails shooting photos and videos, walking the beach, or for everyday use. I picked up a couple of dress shoes as well. One was a pair of brown slip-ins, that not only fit like a glove, but are a comfy as all get out! With both of these, my old Walking Co. shoes have been replaced. My second pair of dress shoes are black waterproof but are not slip-ins. Each pair have been terrific in appearance and durability. It's pretty clear Sketchers has come a long way in recent years! I will say if you come here, first you much look for deals - that's what an outlet like this is all about. Also, you must sign up for emails and rewards! You will get rewarded many times over! I'll finally say that the customer service has been stellar. I truly appreciate the employees here helping me with my questions and aiding me to get the best in the deals they offer. Some years back I bought a pair of Skechers tennies that had a flaw in the heal area and I had to return them. I stayed away from them until this year. The mgr greeted me very enthusiastically and welcomed me to the store as I was checking the sweet cowboy boots that were on display. He went on to tell me that the boots are made exclusively for Buckle and proceeded to show me the quality of the boots. (super awesome). He didn't stop there... he told me about the women's clothing line as well. Shopping for jeans can be a nightmare for me because I have a tiny waste and lots of junk in the trunk. I had no idea that Buckle will carve out an hour for you to get "fitted" for a pair of jeans. They also have free hemming!! I am shorty & I always have to get take my pants and pay to have them hemmed. Apparently, I won't have an issue buying jeans at Buckle! Let's just say that I admired his great customers service, amazing attitude, energy, professionalism, knowledge about everything in the store and his passion! All of which are important to me as a customer.
