Why this store has such a low rating is beside me, this store is clean, always so organized and plenty of cashiers, granted it's a bit hard to find a worker on the sales floor unless it's the women's section close to the checkout area but I love this store. They have awesome sales, friendly staff and super clean bathrooms. I love coming here when on a pinch as I don't want to have to always drive an hours to the next mall. read more

I was on the hunt for a light sweater and found a skirt, shirt, sweater and went to a different location to hunt down the rain boots I saw but didn't have time to really look at. All (I believe) Kohls are getting a Sephora upgrade inside the store- so they all have the mid section walled off for the construction. COVID friendly place to shop. Store is bright and well stocked. Only one front entrance opened. Masks are required to shop in the store. Hand sanitizer is offered at the entrance. All cashiers have plexiglass and wear masks. The counter is wiped down after each customer. Prices are clearly marked. Sale prices are also clearly marked. Ladies clearance had a ton of large and extra large sizes but hardly any small or medium. Men's clearance was the opposite. They had a lot of smaller sizes and hardly any extra large big and tall sizes. It all worked out in the end. We found what we needed and with our 30%off coupon and special promo going on we saved big. A great department store with very nice quality items. read more

The community within kohls is disgusting vile and creepy to say the least i tell you the store employees including the manager was all looking at me as if i was a weirdo mind you im just winter browsing looking for clothes trying them on i have my amazon box which i wanted to return but assigned the drop off to ups ‍that was clumsy i left after a couple minutes with my amazon box and the asian lady aka manager was standing outside eyeing me down and started interrogating me why i didn't buy any clothes why i still have my amazon box and she took a picture of me ‼ i asked her if she did she denied and she also had a smirk on her face and said why would i do that and proceeded to walk of as if that didn't happen and as if i didn't see it ‍im disgusted and creeped out by this i don't think ill ever come back you guys be safe out there calling 911 might just be the move for what they just did i didn't even give her consent ! read more

REVIEW IS FOR KOHLS ONLINE WEBSITE: My wife ordered a Kohl's gift card from Kohl's website to be mailed to a relative in California. Two days later she received an email that Kohl's had cancelled the order. She called Kohl's customer support and was told to "carefully" place the order again. She did so and it was cancelled a second time. Again, she called Kohl's customer support and was told to try again. So, I, her husband signed on to my Kohl's account and I very carefully placed an order for a gift card o be mailed to my sister-in-law in California. I paid with VISA and the order was accepted. Two days later I received an email that the order was cancelled. I called Kohl's customer support (in India) and I could barely understand the person's English. He said all orders are subject to review and he was unable to reinstate the order. He advised me to carefully order the gift card again, as though I had made a mistake. I told him that my wife, a college professor and Florida CPA and I were both very smart people and we did not make a mistake "three times in a row". I advised him to report the issue to Kohl's web master. Anyway, I will go to a local Kohl's to buy the gift card, only because my sister-in-law requested on for her birthday. This location is bad for pick up. Twice now, I've placed orders, and have received notices the items were picked up...when I haven't even left my house! I am not sure if they get bonuses or something for people picking up online orders quickly, but both times, my orders were scanned as being picked up within hours of the "it's available" emails, and neither order had been picked up. Kohl's prices, when not on sale or with discount coupons, are very high. You can get good deals, but otherwise, they are too much. read more

Let me just say, I LOVE KOHLS. I can't get enough. My grandbabies are all in different locations so I was able to Christmas shop and have the items picked up on other locations. How convenient​ is that and all items were as ordered?​ No glitches. Even for me,​ I will order and just pick it up at the store. There are so many option to chose from and brands. I love kohls stores but hate their online services. You absolutely never receive your order on the day they say it will arrive. Ordered a bed for my granddaughter who was moving in with us unexpectedly and paid 20.00 additional dollars to have next day delivery. At 430 that Saturday I called because it had not arrived and was informed it would not arrive until Tuesday because of the holiday weekend. This is the third time Kohls has not delivered when they said they would. I will never purchase another item from kohl's online and neither will my family. They have experienced similar situations. Amazon.com is going to take over everything if these online store services do not step up. I will be ordering from amazon who will have it here tomorrow and returning kohl's merchandise to their store. Very disappointed. read more

If you're looking for certain things and have coupons, Kohl's can be a great place to shop. Keep in mind, the non-sale prices are very high for the quality (personally, I won't buy anything here if it's not on sale) but there are always tons of sales going on and tons of coupons floating around. This store is big and generally kept up well. The employees are usually very friendly and always offer help. Just today, I went in with my mom because I had a $25 gift card from Christmas (I rarely shop there). My mom had a coupon for 15% off when you use your Kohls card. She decided to buy something and offered to just buy my gift card from me but was concerned that she wouldn't get the 15% off. She explained it to the cashier and because my mom has a Kohls card, she let her use the 15% off with the gift card, which we both really appreciated. Also, if you have a small amount left on your gift card, they will give you the change rather than a gift card with change on it (not sure where the line is for this, my mom would have had something like $0.45 left). Overall, a nice place to shop for good deals. ALWAYS check clearance, you can get some really awesome deals if you hit it right! read more

Awful customer service. Tried to exchange a defective item that I ordered online for my mother for Christmas. The item I ordered was not in stock. The closest they had was $50 more than the in store at other places nearby. I offered to pay the difference but was told that price matching only applies to new purchases... seriously.. does not apply if you sold me a defective products and I'm offering to give you money to exchange it? I asked if they could have one shipped in and they sent me to a phone in customer service to call Kohl.com. They didn't have any of the items in stock either, but would give me the same product in a less popular color for an upcharge. Truly the craziest customer service experience ever! I got a refund ($30 less than what I paid) and bought the item elsewhere. Lesson learned. Hope this helps someone else from an expensive lesson. read more
