They did not have the shoes I was looking for or the newer version. Then the customer service with south, (not the same young lady). The person helping me got very nasty and threatened me not to buy the shoes i was looking for online. Hoping this person was just having a bad day, I sent my daughter to Ad Astra to pick out some shoes for her birthday. She experienced even a worst interaction with staff. As a young women, my daughter left feeling very upset. I have talked to a few other people including the person that recommend Ad Astra to me and this place has turned very ugly.
