Luckily, I am in an area where they are a little more abundant and don't have to settle. All of my visits here have had extreme wait times even though we have appointments. I never understood why there is a long wait period and we may only see the doctor for 5-10 minutes. My appointment was at 12:15. I arrived around 11:55 and was brought to the back around 12:45 and left after 1PM. I was with Dr. Blake for all 7-8 minutes where she continuously cut me off while I was sharing concerns. She even began talking to me as if I were a child. The only pleasant part about this visit was the young lady who drew blood. She was very personable and kind and almost made me feel better about the blatant disrespect from Dr. Blake.

I called the office for her to call in the correct prescription, and was told I need to schedule an appointment and pay a copay. Just to have her correct her mistake! I agreed to join her in a virtual meeting and she never joined. I then asked if she could just call me on my phone, she told the front desk she would call me the same day and never did. Dr. Martin will not call you directly because the virtual system is connected to a pay system, so I had a very strong feeling she was lying when she said she'll call. Here it is Friday, and I have the wrong prescription but she has happily started her weekend without a care for her patient. You try to support black businesses and this is exactly why most fail. And her front desk staff is horrible, which is a representation of the Dr.

Instead, this turned out to be one of the most efficient, friendly, customer-centered urgent cares I've ever been to. From check-in to seeing the doctor to getting my prescription filled and checking out, the entire visit took less than 30 minutes -- and every step of it was handled with a smile. I never once felt rushed, even though they were close to closing. I had also called ahead beforehand, and the receptionist was courteous and made sure I knew exactly what to bring and expect, so there were zero surprises when I arrived. The facility itself was spotless and smelled great too. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and genuinely pleasant. This is now my go-to urgent care, and I'd recommend it to anyone in the area.

Was a true Gem!! she was patient, she was kind and very knowledgeable , she broke things down so I could comprehend, she answered ANY thoughts asked what were my thoughts! , like the care she gave can't amount to any added words just remarkable in her personality and Profession!.. Megan!! Was so nice and understanding she gave me all the Steroids!! Ughhh hate them!! ;(... crazy I went in there for One thing! (Thankfully it all was normal No stroke signs just muscle pains)! They told me she was on an emergency phone call so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and go back once more. If I have to wait again I will find another doctor. I didn't spend much time with Dr. Blake but she seemed friendly and approachable. Her office staff was nice if a little disorganized. I returned to pick up my blood work that was a week later than it was supposed to be and they made me wait another 20 mins. I will not return to this office.
