I had to cancel the appointment so I called a week ahead of time to cancel, of course I had to leave a message, but I got no call back about rescheduling, which I asked for in my message. I have called three more times to make an appointment for October, more than a month in advance, and have gotten no response. I feel that they are ignoring my phone calls. I recommend they hire someone just to answer the phone and talk with customers, or, to at least respond to their phone calls within the same day. That way, you will keep the customers that are already interested in your business. I do not recommend using Ted's Carpet Cleaning. If they are this rude without them even making it to my house, how rude with they be while they are in my house?

He said it would take 2 hours, which it did, when completed my husband (who isn't as detail oriented as myself) went up to inspect and pay, he only looked at one couch. That couch was actually done properly, but the other three where terrible. I like to personally make sure I get my money's worth, so I inspected awhile later and noticed that he didn't vacuum the crevasses or under the cushions. When I called him on this - after some back and forth, he actually ADMITTED that he only did 99% of the job! I could NOT believe someone would admit to that! Who says that!?!? Anyway, after further discussion he AGAIN said that he only did 99% of the job. I must say, I absolutely lost it...I said that we should have just paid 99% of the bill! He proceeded to hang up. I am so angry I paid him in cash. So please, there are a million cleaning services out there, stay away from Ted's. Unless you like getting a job 99% done.

They moved furniture, replaced furniture and their work is outstanding and very fairly priced! Our carpets are vibrant and clean. Not only that, but they stayed gone! With any other carpet cleaner, the stains often returned within a week's time. Not with Classic Carpet. Rob and his helper were in and out in less than an hour, cleaned up afterwards and left our carpets clean and smelling great. You can really see how there 20+ years of experience has brought them to a high standard level. Rob's dedicated and personal approach was terrific and I will be sure to contact him again. DO NOT TRUST. The…read morealarm on my septic system went off. I called my septic guy but it turns out that he retired. Speidel & Sons took over his business and responded to the call. The guys came to my house as stated. They stated I needed a new pump and replaced it. After repair, the system was not working. According to Sean, it was the electrical system to the septic that was the issue. My family member made adjustments to the electrical system to make it work. The company still charged $2500 for a pump that was not needed (2 guys, 2 hours). Further, Sean stated there wasn't a warranty on the pump. What????? We looked up the pump (Liberty pump, model # 257 1-1/2; you can buy it on Amazon for $216!) I requested a receipt for a week straight, to date, Sean has not emailed me the receipt. I wonder why?? Job felt like a scam!
