However, they rescheduled us 4 times and the only time they would communicate with us is if we called repeatedly until we got someone on the phone. At the end of the job neither of the extras were complete and we were told that the tree they offered to prune "needed to come down anyway" so we should wait until the spring and have them come back out to remove the whole thing for an additional cost. And the older stump was not removed because utilities were not marked. That's understandable, but they never asked us to have them marked, how were we to know they needed that?

They removed some sediment but created MORE shallow areas than we had before they started. The algae & plants are WORSE because of this. When I initially called to tell him how disappointed we were, he said they would make it right, we're an honorable company, blah blah. Then he kept delaying coming out to 'see what's going on.' After that, for the past 2 months, he hasn't answered the phone when I call and hasn't returned my messages. We saved money for 3 years to do this work ($19,000). My summary: DON'T TRUST THEM!
