The assistant noticed that I had turned off a few of the bubbling vials, in an attempt to change the gross fragrance profile, and she corrected me, insisting that I needed all four on. I left with an upset stomach. Second, the oxygen is just something of a loss-leader. Once I was in the chair, the assistant started trying to sell me a number of self-care products: a massage gun, a scalp massager, an electric muscle stimulator... I did not want to buy anything, but she just did not let up on the sales. Far from the relaxing experience I had hoped for. I eventually had to tell her I was done, pay for my time (!!), and walk away.
