I physically went there in attempt to schedule for the following day, but the doors were locked and it was dark inside (it was about 2:00 pm on a weekday). Went back about an hour later and doors were still locked and it looked like cleaning service was inside, it was dark. I had called right when they opened the next day, someone actually answered, lol. She (not very nicely) stated that they had one opening but only in the morning (obviously not ideal, we were hoping to end our trip with a relaxing spa afternoon experience). We had just arrived at a different establishment for breakfast and accepting that one opening meant hoping back into the ride-share and rushing back, which we did (without breakfast). They did accept my mom and I both for that opening but there was no accommodating my husband. I asked for the "girlfriend package", from their spa menu, and the lady said "nope, you can each only have a 50 minute massage, otherwise you won't get booked". Why have a spa menu if it's not honored? She said "the aesthetician is out until Sunday" (this is Friday and we were leaving early Saturday). Why have one aesthetician for the entire resort? The massage was okay but I couldn't get past the poor customer service. I felt physically pushed more than massaged. I felt my feet were avoided (and I am a very clean person). This spa offers nothing for a "spa day" experience. There's no treatment baths or sauna, etc., at least nothing that we were offered. For a spa day experience, I suggest you go elsewhere. If you must go here, start trying to schedule way in advance, as your calls/emails may not get answered for days (if at all) and there might not be anyone working on the day you are hoping for. I wish we had gone elsewhere. This spa has potential but needs to be expanded with more staff (more therapists and aestheticians). They need to be more accommodating and customer-centric. The front desk person definitely needs to be more customer service oriented. Ruined an entire day of our stay.

You walked in one of the towers at the Cancun resort. It was down a hallway way. You walked in a room and there are two pedicure stations on the left and the check in desk to the right. Then there was a door to the back hallway where I'm guessing all the rooms are. I was walked back into the very first room right behind the entrance. The whole time I heard doors slamming in the hallway and the people talking in the front entry. My appointment was at 2:30 but they were finishing up and don't come get me until 2:40. My massage therapist was a male, I prefer female massage therapist especially when I'm pregnant I'm just more comfortable with them. I didn't ask for a replacement because I felt bad about it and didn't want to be rude to him. The massage itself was good. I had to ask him to not be so hard and for less pressure on some points, and again I think that goes back to a women knowing and relating more to pregnant bodies. It was on okay experience. My shoulders are seriously bruised and very sore now. I don't think I'll be back.
