Just to enlighten everyone his pasta is NOT freshly made everyday and neither is the sea food that some people order with their pasta dishes, the proper name for it is like my favourite chef Gordan Ramsey likes to say it's all FRESH FROZEN. Simone Remoli could have been an inspiration to the italian food but unfortunately he is a gluttonous and egotistic person that will serve you food that has been sitting in his fridges for 5 days and freezes for months, with prices that are sky high.
