Careless movers who damaged several items and showed absolutely no concern for doing so... not even a "sorry". I asked the movers about the first two issues and their response was "it was already like that" (i.e. we didn't do it). That was a flat-out lie as the damage was caused by them. It seems that their policy is to simply deny responsibility and if you don't have pictures to prove the damage you are just out of luck.
