Very safe, thorough, Keoki explained the whole process, with an estimate first and final price after the items are loaded into the truck to save the customer money if space is saved. These guys were nice and could adapt to a difficult door way while removing my couch. Honestly, the removal was a bit pricey though. It cost 380 to remove a couch but the service was top notch. If you need something removed in timely manner and you have the resources it's worth it. read more

They are not transparent on purpose. Their rates are high and you can't get a quote until they show up. It was too late for me to find another company or I would have... don't trust a company that won't give you pricing ahead of time! Do not use this company!!!!
