This was so very easy from the phone call to find out more info, to the booking to the actual pick up that literally took place within 2 hours of my initial phone call. Andres called to confirm the booking and came within an hour. He handled all the loading and we were all done in 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend this service. We tried to drop all our donations at goodwill and they claimed to be too "full." We also had a mattress that no one would accept so I was pleasantly surprised that 1-800-got junk picks up everything not just "junk" and they donate and reuse and recycle everything they can! We called 1-800-GOT -JUNK and they literally took it all away. Quick response, reasonable and friendly service! After purging for months the pile was unbearably ugly to look at in our garage, not to mention a huge delivery of flooring was going to occupy that space in a couple of days. The lines at the dump were long (especially weeks leading up to the New Year and weeks after), not to mention being physically unable to load our truck up to make that dump. What does one do??
