We got our windows repaired over a year ago and they still haven't finished the job. The arch over the front door is still not fixed. They ordered the part several times over and still haven't got it right. They have not followed up at all. It's very frustrating. I selected 1800 Hansons over another local company because they offered a lifetime warranty and were comparable in price. They installed in January on a 15 degree day and said when we get a nice sunny day it will seal. March came and we had a nice sunny day, but instead, the entire roof buckled. I have been trying to get it fixed for 2 months now. After a month the finally got a crew out who stated that half of the roof needed to be pulled off and completely redone. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! They left work unfinished in our home after we spent 12k to get a new bathtub installed. They sent their installers out 4 or 5 times now since OCTOBER, and on the days they were suppose to come, they didn't show up or the ones who did show up didn't even know what they were supposed to to be doing. The first installers (who were fired) who put in the system caused debris to fall down into our bathroom fan in the basement, and it no longer functions. They told me "you can try and clean it up" and see if it works. We had to clean up their mess in the first place. After all these visits we have lost hundreds in the process from having to take off work and things are still unresolved. The caulk they used is now yellowing and things are just not as advertised. Oh! And the one day install they promote? That also didn't happen. Took them multiple days to install. Their response? "400 dollars" and "we won't be fixing your broken fan in your home because we can't prove it worked in the first place" Do not use them!!! You've been warned read more

I have never ever dealt with such a terrible company! 80% of our siding is held on with finish nails. It has open gaps all over, and is falling off! They put some sort of weird trim on the bottom of the facia 90% of that has fallen off! They were brought back several times to fix our new windows that didn't open correctly! They came out in the 1st week of June 2023 to inspect all the issues. We received a call in the beginning of July that materials had been ordered and they would be out soon! I called today August 9th to see when they were going to schedule, now they are saying parts were not ordered, they would be ordered today....... I'm beyond angry! read more

Their salesman, Corey Clouse, came by with his slick, well-practiced sales pitch and his "take-it-or-leave-it" quote to replace the siding on our home, and we bought it for over $41,000. That was 3 months ago and nothing has happened! Corey has stopped answering my emails requesting a status! During his pitch, I mentioned that we'd already talked to C&L Ward about siding and he said he'd never heard of them! C&L Ward is a major competitor of Hansons...and Corey had never heard of them? That's like a Chevy dealer saying that he's never heard of Ford. If we had to do it again, we would go with C&L Ward. Their quote was around $30,000. I was initially very excited to work with Hansons. My rep was amazing with just the right amount of knowledge and humor. My only hesitation was the actual quality of his display product. He told me he was a new employee and it was an older display window he was using until his came in. The sliders and screen did not slide smoothly and the lock was broken. Please get your reps proper equipment if they are representing your product. I understand the window had been used as a display for many years, so what does that say about your product? Still, I wanted to pursue a conversation because of the triple pane glass he spoke of. I gave it a day then emailed my rep the next morning and later that afternoon I sent his cell a text. I can imagine these reps run between appointments so I wasn't bothered that I hadn't heard back, I prefer to always give the benefit of the doubt. My question was simple enough and unrelated to my bid, so I decided to call Hansons SLC number directly. I didn't give history, I kept it to the point and simply said that I had a question about a type of window and whether or not Hanson carried it. The receptionist Brianna initially told me she could not answer any questions and I had to make an appointment with a rep. I replied that I didn't want to waste anyone's time if Hanson didn't carry the window I wanted. I clarified that I was looking for a basement slider that completely pops out as a safety feature for emergency escape. (I wasn't aware of this type of window until I met with a different company following my meeting with Hanson.) It seemed like a straightforward question and I was willing to speak to anyone available. She said it doesn't work that way and no one was available, I had to make an appointment and by the way, they didn't do basement windows. (What????) I replied that I knew that wasn't true, I had gotten a bid that included basement windows just a few days ago. I told her I had a rep and hadn't heard back but assumed he was busy making a living so I preferred to not give his name, I just wanted to know if they carried this window. If they didn't, I could move on. She was incredibly rude and said there was nothing she could do, I could only speak to my rep. I said that I couldn't fathom how a company would want to lose $30k in business over something so trivial as answering one question. She was very short and inconvenienced and put me on hold. When she came back she said all she could do (and she remade sure to tell me she was going above and beyond) was to email my reps boss (she called him by name) and copy him on the email. No! I specifically said I wasn't trying to get anyone in trouble, I never even gave his name. (I guess my number was linked and she knew the whole time??) I just had a simple question! I relented that I would call back tomorrow and wondered if we could pursue that path then, if I still hadn't heard back. In a snarky voice she replied "I'll try." (What is there to try? I call, an email is sent, done.) She was so rude and clearly inconvenienced that I hung up and immediately booked appointments with two other window companies. I'd rather sit through two more 90 min presentations than deal with Hansons lack of customer service and ability to speak with anyone who knows what they are talking about. I've since googled Hansons SLC reviews and this is a huge complaint. No one can reach management and everyone is given the run around. I will never do business with Hansons. Your rude receptionist lost you a $30k deal and saved me a headache. I guess I should thank her. Don't do any business with this unprofessional organization. Hanson's installed gutters on house in Grand Rapids. In a few months they fell off the house and damaged the roof and more. They wouldn't help remove the broken gutters and won't take any responsibility for the problem. Warranty is worthless. Not a great experience, pushiest salesmen I ever came across in my life! Needed a quote for a new deck slider replacement. Original quote was given to me at much higher price I was expecting. I advised I was not looking to book anything that day. Salesmen refused to listen after I repeated several times that I wasn't making a decision yet. After making their suspicious "phone calls" to the manager and "discovering new discounts available" the salesmen claimed they could get the price down to almost half of what the original quote was. What if I had taken their first price given? Definitely felt like the business practice was sketchy and salesmen were more focused on their commission than my concerns. PUSHY. They will not leave your house until they can get your name on their contract. They then give you three days to cancel the contract and if you try within those three days to cancel it, you cannot get ahold of the correct person until it's too late to cancel the contract. The rep who visited my house, Sherri, told me to reach out to her with any issues and she will Work to get it resolved. While she was at my house, I signed the contract and scheduled a professional measurement for the windows. The next day I remembered I was going to be out of town the day I scheduled the measurement for. She told me to not worry and they will have someone from the scheduling department reach out to me. She never passed along my message to cancel, never got it to reschedule, and then they show up at my house when no one there was expecting it. After I found out they visited the house, I left a voicemail for the rep to thank her for not listening to me. She forwarded my voicemail to her general manager, Gary, who then reached out to me. While I was talking to him on the phone, he seemed to not care about what anything I was saying and just wanted to tell me how they are number one. He kept trying to argue with me, and when I told him arguing with a customer will not gain their business, he tells me I'm the one who is arguing with him. Hello my name is Anthony Sommerfeld I am a returning customer of hansons and I'm currently waiting on installation of my windows, this is for the Saginaw division. My sales person was RICK GARZA after going over my windows and discussing what we want and all that we went over paper work explained it to me financing all that so the question was IF I SIGN TODAY WHEN WAS INSTALLATION. Rick told me installation will be 4 weeks out. So we signed with the understanding that rick was telling the truth we also are having are house resided by a separate contractor so we asked ricks professional opinion which needs to be done first he said windows so I had told my other contractors to hold off on their job. A week later I received a text message from 1-800 hansons that hansons will be receiving my windows in 9 to 11 weeks not 4-6 weeks not even relatively close to what rick had told me and my wife. So I called rick to see what was going on not being a big deal I JUST NEED TO KNOW THE SCHEDULE SO I CAN FORWARD ON TO MY OTHER CONTRACTOR. Well rick told me that 9-11 weeks was wrong he didn't understand were I received that information from I told him it was from corporate office automated text. He still wanted to tell me it was wrong that 4 weeks was still the installation that he would call me back after speaking with his bosses about what's going on. So a couple days go by and I called rick and it was the "oh too busy , I have two jobs going on I haven't had a chance" well so at this point I knew he was giving me the run around so I call corporate to get a true time schedule. We'll time goes on and on haven't heard anything on my windows so I called rick and asked him what the deal was he goes you know what man lets out a chuckle were just backed up everything is on back Order so I asked him after all this why did he tell me and my wife if we signed that day are windows would be installed in 4 weeks his answer was he miss spoke. Miss spoke I'm not your friend rick you lied to get a sale. So then we called the manager of the Saginaw division slamacchia@hansons.com(this is his email) don't remember his name. I spoke to him to get some resolution on my windows and we talked discussing the same thing I'm writing and it was oh yeah we will take care of you blah blah blah BUT YOU HAVE TO CALL ME FOR ALL THIS TO HAPPEN proceeded to tell me a story about how Home Depot told him one thing about buying his fridge and it being another trying to get on the same level as the consumer even tho it was apples to oranges from my 20,000 dollar windows compared to his 1200 dollar fridge. Which the story he's told a million times. Well now that is the time has come for them to do there part and there no where to be found or can't get a hold of them through the office or the personal number that the manger supposedly gave me. That being said, this post is for a warning for consumers I'm just looking out for the next guy or the person who is going through this also. I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. My salesman was actually very nice, however, everything else was horrible. From a high-level, they don't follow through very well at all. It appears that they're scheduling department feels more important than the customer. I paid over thousand dollars per window thinking that I would have exceptional customer service levels. Not the case whatsoever. It's like they don't care. They measured my windows three times. They attempted to install two times. They still have not finished the exterior trim on the windows. So once again, they want to put me at the back of the line to be scheduled for install at some future date. Said another way, if someone doesn't finish today, they should finish tomorrow agreed? They don't believe in this philosophy. They Believe that if they don't finish they can throw you into the abyss of the scheduling process which could take several days to two weeks, meanwhile your windows are not properly installed so I am losing all kinds of heat. The general manager of the office in my area, Gary Sherman, is a deflector when you ask him specific questions about their performance, shortcomings as well as areas that need to be corrected. My recommendation to you would be to go to a box store, buy the best windows and either have them install them or find someone else to install. Involving a sales person means he receives a commission, which also means you're paying more than necessary. I could've gotten the same quality windows for half the cost... triple pane and insulted. read more

Pushy salespeople with loads and loads of gimmicks.... you don't like the first price they offer you just wait they will offer you four more prices just to get you to sign on the dotted line. They started out at $20,000 to re-roof my house which then went to 13,000 when i said i wanted time to think which then went to 10900 which then went even lower if I would advertise for them which then also meant more phone calls from pushy sales assholes. Fake phone call to "management" by salesman to supposedly hold our amazingly low price made me laugh out loud! From what I saw and heard from the salesman it seems their products are high-quality but I will never let them touch my house only because they act like used car salesmen!! I can not tell you how disappointed and disgusted I am with this company! When I talked with a manager about the issues we have had he spent most of the time bashing the installers and the crappy work that they do. Then told me that they need to work with the sales team to lower the expectation of customers. This is "home improvement" and they can't be expected to paint. Well I have no improvement in my home, and am left with a horrible job. I am not asking them to paint anything. Caulking is missing in windows, holes in caulking, dripping caulking down windows, windows that don't open or close properly, windows without all the parts, unfilled screw holes in windows, ruined carpet and brick from caulk, glue type stuff that I can't get off the main parts of the window, items left all over my home where my kids got access to a lighter from your team, cracked and destroyed molding, garbage left outside, drywall destroyed and sticking out, molding ruined around windows, nails everywhere in my house in the carpet. This is just the big obvious items. This project has been going on with Hanson's for over 10 months. My husband and I have missed over 6 days of work and had our house torn apart for over a month for cancelled installation and awful work to be done. They didn't show the first day they were supposed to be there, called and said they have had people out for over a week and knew they weren't going to make it way in advance, just didn't tell us. We have 3 windows that don't open and close and 2 windows that don't have handles to open them. The installation team said it can't fix any of those items and their answer is to send the installation team that can't fix back over to my home and me to miss more work. I don't feel like anyone in this company cares about customer service. I was dismissed on the phone. I will consider changing this review if Hanson's can fix the issues that they have caused. read more

*This is a review of the sales presentation only - NOT the quality of their products/installtion etc* We made an appointment for a salesman to come to our home - which we had bought the DAY before - as we need new windows and new vinyl siding. Upon his arrival he asked which was our priority, and we answered windows. I didn't think much of the question as it was asked casually. His sales presentation consisted of a laptop power point presentation, examples of their windows versus competitors and some demonstrations that show how they keep out heat etc. When it came down to talking about price, the representative got EXTREMELY pushy with us, even after I made it clear they were the first company we were receiving a quote from. I advised it would be stupid of us as customers to purchase new windows, on the spot, without shopping around. We just purchased the house yesterday and need to do our own price checking --- who wouldn't do that?! He took on a very condescending manner - advising us he had already given us all the information we needed to know about the other companies. At one point he stopped talking, picked up his cell phone and put it on speaker, then had some completely random person talk to us about their company and products. I had to interrupt both of them and ask who exactly the person on the phone was. Turns out it was his manager and they were trying to 'tag team' the sale - it was reeking of desperation. My husband and I are a young couple with our first house and I believe he thought we'd be pushovers. If Hanson's is so confident in their product they wouldn't act so shocked and surprised when a customer doesn't sign with them immediately after a presentation. If your windows are THAT awesome, you wouldn't treat me like an idiot when I say I want to look around because you KNEW I'd be coming back to Hansons. When I asked him about siding and pricing information on that he told me he'd have to do ANOTHER 90 minute presentation and because I told him siding wasn't my first priority he didn't think we wanted the information. Say what? We will not be purchasing with Hanson's for their lack of respect and condescension. May 15,2019. Paid Hanson's for window & install. August 23,2019. They finally "got 'er done. Local GR office personnel rude. Corporate easier to work with. Corporate provided information I sought vs. local management's "not my problem." Installers were polite. Building inspector showed up and stopped job. Required installer to use LVL to handle the weight of the home. Said wall would sag, crack windows, potential for water intrusion, etc., without LVL. Installers changed location of electrical outlet but failed to re-wire it rendering it useless. Would I use Hansons again? NO I could kiss that building inspector! read more

Do not use Hanson's. Did not follow through with everything that was told to us in the estimate. Materials weren't delivered on time. Lumber was marked up by 800%. Left debris all over the property. 1-800-Hansons talked us into removing our old rain gutter covers and installing new micro mesh gutter covers. First snow storm we noticed and immediate problem water running down the roof would freeze to the metal mesh rendering the rain gutters usless. not only would the water run over the top of the gutters and down the front ice was backing up under the shingles. we informed Hansons of this and they have done nothing to fix the problem. we informed them we wanted a refund and they offered to install an additional downspout to the gutters I asked the technition if this would help keep them from freezing and he said "NO" so I said do not bother we just want our money back. We just had our windows installed and WE LOVE THEM! The installers did a wonderful job despite our house not wanting to cooperate - we live in a house that is 150+ years old and has gone thru many updates and remodels. Our old windows were pieces and parted from god knows where - practically homemade. The Hanson's installers took their time to remove our old windows with care - much more patience than I would have had. That's for sure! It took 8+ hours over two days to install 4 windows! Not your typical install job. We will definitely be making more purchases from Hanson's again. read more

Their "approved" installers only need to have a pulse to be approved. The ones who did my patio slider did extremely shoddy, amateur work, and then the company ignored me when I tried to get them to come back and fix it. I finally had to get someone else to help me. If you get a good installer, maybe your experience will be different - you may end up with a nice window or patio slider and not experience a bunch of hassle. What I found, though, is that if you get a bad installer, the company won't lift a finger to help you. Their guarantee doesn't mean anything. read more

This is our second time hiring Hanson's. For both experiences, the sales person was helpful and nice. The installers for the first experience were also friendly and good, with the exception of finding cigarette butts all over our yard after. Today we had an installation of five additional windows beyond the several we had done a couple springs ago. We were not aware blinds needed to be removed and all objects moved three feet from windows prior to the crew's arrival. One of the installers stated we were told when we scheduled, but my husband was not given this info whatsoever over the phone during scheduling. I was asked to move all items near the windows and remove the blinds. I said I can move all the furniture, as well as the saws and heavy items in the garage, but have no idea how to remove blinds. The two windows in the garage have no blinds so I told him they could maybe do those and I'd reschedule the other three windows, to which he responded "we're already here so figure it out", referring to me removing the blinds. As I was filling out the paperwork prior to the job starting, I didn't know what some of the questions meant. I asked what the questions meant and was told by this same installer, "it's not important, just pick an answer" multiple times. I literally had no idea what I was answering so was basically guessing- even though I asked for help several times, I wasn't given any. He seemed very rushed for me to sign and be done with the paperwork. I'm beyond disappointed with being treated this way, especially after the thousands we've spent with this company on windows. I was made to feel like a niusance within my own home and awful for asking questions, not to mention horribly stressed because I had no idea how to remove blinds. I was wracking my brain trying to think of who I know that could arrive the fastest to do this for me. I also pulled heavy saws and equipment away from the windows of my garage in the freezing cold with no coat and no shoes as fast as I could because he seemed so rushed to get the job done. After submitting a review on the website, the vp called and stated they were sorry but stood by the fact that things need to be moved. I understand the value in needing things moved out of the way, but as a company, you can't stand by ideas you never share with your client in the first place. We were never told how to prepare for their arrival! Even if they had told us, there is still no reason for them to treat me the way they did today. I've never in my life been treated so poorly by any company I've hired to do work for me and I'm incredibly disappointed. I can not recommend Hanson's whatsoever. We have not yet signed with Hansons, but I do want to comment on the salesman. I was expecting a push for "sign now or lose your price" kind of deal, and that doesn't cut it with us. The pusher they are, the less chance they have for our business. We were up front about getting only a quote from the very beginning so he knew where we stood. But I must say, I was surprised and, bravo for the salesman. He was extremely knowledgable about his products and yes he did pitch an excellent sale, however, it was quite lengthy. We are getting another quote tomorrow and will make a decision by weeks end. I have read a lot of bad reviews and I hope not to be regretting this post, but so far so good for Hansons. I called then to see if they could help my husband and I replace a window that was broke and the glass is broken out of our window. They asked how old our other windows are and we told them they are not that old and we just need to replace one window. They proceeded to tell us that they will not come out for one window and give an estimate. I will never recommend them and I am so glad they run a business where it is okay to have a busted out window in your house!!! read more

What was promised to be the start of our roof installation within 1 week from time of estimate turned into almost 3 weeks. I had to be the one to inquire as to when we could expect a phone call for scheduling the installation. And then, 3 days in a row, no one showed up for the installation! I got talked into signing a contract sept 2019 with Hansons, the pushy salesmen stated my job would be started in oct 2019, I waited and waited until the end of Oct...no Hanson, no call with updates, nothing. So I called them, they said they are really behind and short on staff and it would be a little longer. Long story short, each month since then, every 2 wks I get an email stating they are still behind and will get to me, same word for word email each 2 wks. Now it's almost Feb 2020, still no Hansons, just got the same 'ole email stating same 'ole line. They said once they go past the 12 wk mark of not showing up (beginning of Dec for me) they pay me $100 a week until they show, so currently they owe ME $800 lol! 7 windows, bay window, and garden window. Look beautiful on the outside but the interior awful. All unfinished job, damage to the walls, paint, and kitchen tile and cabinets, terrible customer service, quick to answer calls for business but won't answer and/or return calls, didn't fill interior holes with caulking, bugs coming through windows due to not caulking, foaming sloppy and not complete, whatever so staples don't show showing holes all over the window, got wood for the garden and bay windows but rough wood and told me to go to Home Depot to get a tool to sand it down to make it smooth, cleans up their mess but left the windows and trim so dirty I had to clean what I could and some trim is just stained, schedule jobs then don't call to say they have to change the schedule date, don't send a crew out to do the large window along with a crew to do the large window because they don't have the staff, to etc. I could go on and on. First off, my sales consultant and the customer service rep. were amazing. My issue is not with the customer service, my issue is with the sales games their company has adopted. Here is my situation: We had just moved into a three car garage ranch style home in Caledonia, MI. My home is not huge by any means and I think he said we would need around 140 feet of gutters. We were wanting a quote for seamless gutters and gutter covers in the back of the home (50ft). When the sales man arrived he measured, showed us a video, and discussed our options. When he revealed the prices for gutters and covers all around he said it would be $9,009 for premium 5" gutters and $5932 for the regular seamless 5" gutters with guards. After my wife and I picked our jaws off the floor I said, "you have got to be kidding me!" I advised that four of my neighbors with the same home without gutter guards paid $700-900 for complete seamless gutters. I could tell he did not like that response and continued to say "well you won't get the lifetime guarantee" "oh and by the way we camt install for 3-4 weeks". I told him there is no way I would ever pay that much and I am going to shop around. My sales consultant then said, "what if I could get it for $1000?" I was thinking, if you could get the whole house for $1000 with no gutter guards, I would think that is reasonable, but no when he got off the phone he said the price for no gutter guards was $2969 and he could get it to $1969. Still way out of my range based off what my neighbors paid, and the back and forth deception was enough to not trust this company. How can you go from $9500 to $1969 in 20 minutes for GUTTERS, are they gold plated? I received 3 other estimates this week for the same product, 5" seamless aluminum gutters with guards with a 20 year warranty for $1250 vs $4,100 at Hansons. I feel bad for the customers that do not shop around! read more

This is by far the worst sales experience I've ever had in my life. I don't blame the representative I blame the company. TEACHABLE MOMENT - I highly recommend your company reevaluate its sales process - allowing customers 72 hours to think over the estimate before making a commitment is a good starter. This takes pressure off your pushy sales people and is more passive than aggressive. Lowing the stress on the purchase makes the buying process more pleasant. Encourage your prospects to shop around, be competitive and focus on what sets your company aside from others. Not only will this improve your reviews it will build a better referral business. After fighting with Hanson's for 2 1/2 years, we gave up. We purchased their "famous triple pane" windows. The first 6 months, I fought with them over the fact that no insulation was around the window and air was leaking between the sashes. They came out and corrected the insulation problem and promised after they insulated that the leaks would stop. This didn't solve the problem because they still continued to leak air. The installers used so much insulation that it bowed some of the windows. After another 6 months - 1 year after the excessive use of insulation, they finally came out and completed a water test which proved the windows leaked. After 2 years of having their windows, they replaced all windows. I watched the installers put the replaced windows in and they insulated and I felt they did a great job installing them but the windows still leak through the sash. I have call Hanson's about this and they said "we'll get a hold of you and never did". I went through 2 1/2 years of excuses arguing and having 2 sets of windows installed that leak air. We have wasted lots of time, money and missed work. We previously had their windows at our old house and we had no issues with those windows there. After doing some research I discovered Brian Elias sold the company. I'm not sure if they switched window companies to save money after he sold or what the issue is but they have went downhill dramatically and we are very dissatisfied with our purchase and will never go with them on another home improvement and will definitely not recommend them to anyone. read more

I am so sorry I went with Hanson's for replacement windows. We choose then over Wallside because they were going to be quicker. The install was set for June 17. The installer said he couldn't do it because no one told him he needed 1/4 round so he scheduled me for the next day. He came back the next day and couldn't install them because the windows had been measured incorrectly. He reordered the correct size and told us they would be priority. Well... they finally called and scheduled us for August 19. My husband took off work to meet them. 11:00 they called and said the installer wasn't coming and rescheduled for August 21. They just called and guess what? They don't have a team for us tomorrow and it is now pushed back to next Tuesday. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I'm not convinced the new windows will even fit. read more

Hanson's installed my windows last year and one now has a stress fracture. Reported it in on May 14 and am still waiting to hear if they have even ordered the replacement. The only way to get this company to do anything is to leave a negative, public, review. I emailed 4x , called 5x, and submitted 3 service requests before this review. I would not recommend Hanson for anything. A couple of years ago I scheduled them for a gutter estimate and they never showed up or called. My sister in-law scheduled them for a estimate this year for a new roof and they never showed up or called. So while I was calling for estimates for the roof they called me and I told them that I would give them one more chance. Then the day before they called and cancelled the appointment. I responded to their email and set an appointment. They called back and insisted I must give them my marital status before they would send someone out. I refused repeatedly and they insisted. I hung up and complained through an email which purports to be the president of the company. A young lady called back and told me she had reviewed the call and it was unacceptable but Hanson's was in business because it treated customers well. I think it is because not enough people leave reviews to warn those who come next. BEWARE. VERY PUSHY. And they have a $2,000 minimum. They won't even be bothered if there is not a lot of work. read more

Hansons did my roof because it was showing it's age. Unfortunately their roof leaks everywhere. The gutters spill water over the side. Now even my chimney is pouring water into my basement. Setup appointment's and guess what. Nobody showed up. Their excuses and buck passing has led me to call another firm. read more

** This is about the sales portion only, we are not actual customers of products** My husband and I just requested Hansons to come out and quote us on windows and gutters. When they called to schedule the appointment they asked if we would both be home. I said my husband works and typically doesn't get home until after 9pm. Our weekends are precious to us and we tend to want to spend them together. My husband hoped that I would be willing to get mutiple quotes and we could choose from those. Hansons REFUSED to come out to the house unless we were both there. We will not be shopping with Hansons. read more

I had a few windows of my house replaced by them. Unexpectedly, they downsized my windows. Their windows were broken after one month. I asked over and over again, they repaired the window after ONE year. They had me waited for one year! Very frustrating experience! read more

I called Hansons to get a quote to add siding to one wall of my house. I told them I was replacing one window on that wall myself. They refused to send anyone out to quote the siding until after I already had the window completed. They should have sent someone down, and I might have been convinced to let them replace the window. read more
