Beware! We paid our 6K things started off good we actually won the DMV case which is rare. Not saying we did not deserve this DUI at all but when it came down to the end our attorney just pleaded guilty and rolled over. More importantly he was rude and condescending. We asked about the prosecutor he made the deal with as it was not clear on the paperwork, and he said it was none of our business. It's public record we found it out of course. But we were treated like garbage and we could of just pleaded guilty and been done with the process by now. Very unprofessional and to be honest our guy was a total asshole. From the time that I called the Kavinoky Law Firm I was greeted by a friendly voice (thank you, Suzanne Delgin) who spoke to me with respect and the assurance that they would do everything in their power to handle my situation with the DMV and get the best results possible. Suzanne then told me who my case attorney would be and further assured me that Meagan Melanson was a very experienced attorney and that I was in great hands. Now, by my own nature and background, I am not a very trusting person when it comes to dealing with people, and doing business, over the phone, but it was necessary due to Covid restrictions.
