I called after a friend referred me and spoke to Dave. Clearly knew his business and made instant arrangements to clear an early time slot for us. I expected to be gouged, yet they were less money than even the places I found of Craigslist and other not so reliable places. Like a Swiss watch, they were dead on time. The crew was professional, fast and dare I say - kind. The work was super efficient, they left no mess, and before I could blink an eye they were gone. So was all our shit! Don't waste your time with anyone else, or even getting multiple quotes. I wasted a ton of time doing that until I got the referral. Can't wait to have a ton of junk again!

The price was competitive, and though it was just a tiny bit more than the lowest price, the good customer service helped me trust him. When they arrived, Victor and his coworker introduced themselves to my mom and got to work. They finished in 15 minutes. Then, they took the extra step of sending me a text that the job was finished and sent me a picture of the truck of junk when I asked. I had a couple basic questions about pricing and availability and she made me feel like I was wasting her time. Short answers, no patience, zero friendliness. I wasn't asking anything complicated, just trying to figure out if this was the right company for the job. It wasn't. Or at least this interaction made that pretty clear. I get that people have bad days but when your the first point of contact for a business, how you treat potential customers matters. I hung up feeling genuinely put off and went with a different company instead, which ended up being a completely smooth experience.
