They text messaged me to let me know they were on the way, and to give me an updated eta. 3) I'd estimated two hours for the pack-down, they finished in about an hour, but were willing to stick around and help if I had other stuff that needed to be moved in preparation for the remodeling work. 4) They were professional, friendly, helpful, and didn't waste any time or effort in getting the job done, and done well.
