I was at a grocery store and called them 1 hour before I needed to be picked up. After waiting 45 minutes after the pickup time the frozen foods that I had purchased were thawing out. I was going to lose over $100 dollars because the idiots at Fox Valley Cab were not coming to pick me up. I have lived in Appleton as long as this cab company has been in business. Years ago they had good service, now they suck. Stay away from Fox Valley Cab, do not rely on them for a ride. The AI agent they have on the phone is useless. Had to give them 1 star on this review in order to post it. I give them 0 stars actually.

The two soiled couch pillows looked like they'd been to Woodstock, the part with the rain and naked hippies having sex. When the driver couldn't get the window between the driver and passenger cabins to close, we fired the car company on the spot. In our driveway. This is the last time I will ever engage a limo company without seeing their cars first. Now I know this guy has better cars. I don't want to disparage his whole business. Each time I called him, he made himself available to help shuttle people back and forth regardless of the long hours and odd times due to flight departures, arrivals, and countless delays. He also is very organized and made sure to check in with me each day so that I could keep track of my staff and to make sure that everyone had a ride.
