Instead of receiving a call when they received the part to schedule me in for an appointment I had to reach back out to them. I was told they would let me know when I could go in and once again nothing. I was told the exhaust pipe was in back of their desk and they couldn't find it and they needed to reorder it and I still have not heard back. The other issue with the trunk is that it is not leveled and every time I open my trunk it makes a noise and when I am closing it a noise is heard as well. I can stick my finger in on the left side of the trunk on the back. Every time I go through a bump my trunk makes a noise.

My Toyota Highlander on the other hand was pretty smashed up, to the point where initially after looking at the photos - my insurance company said that more than likely they would be paying me for the entire vehicle instead of repairing it. I guess they assumed the repairs would cost them more than paying me for what my vehicle was worth. What surprised me most wasn't just how well they repaired the SUV. It was how much easier they made the entire experience. Maria was the person handling my case, and she deserves a special shoutout. She was incredibly patient with me, kept me updated, answered my questions, and somehow managed to keep me calm during a situation that had me seriously stressed out.
