Where do I start? I have never had a better experience with body work than this place. After an unfortunate incident that happened to my car, the damage was so bad that I had to have my suspension replaced among other significant damage. Mike (the owner) was on top of it and they did an excellent job. In fact, when I had my Audi appraised for diminished value after the repair, the appraiser commented on how well my car was put back together! I don't even know where to start! Mike and his crew are AMAZING! They've repaired my car twice now and both times they have gone above and beyond with the best customer service and perfect repair work. This time when I called to make my appointment Mike remembered me even though it's been 3.5 years since I was last there! When I came to drop off my car the rental car said it would be 25 minutes before anyone could pick me up; so they dropped me off to them instead! While they had my car in paint they repaired all the scratches on my bumper and other side door without me ever asking! And I just dropped off my rental with them when I came to pick up my car. I've been here twice now with 2 different vehicles. Going to a body shop is rarely a fun experience bc something probably ruined your day already. That being said, these guys have fantastic customer service, have provided accurate up front estimates that they stuck to, communicated the status of the vehicle while being repaired and got my vehicle back quickly with factory OEM new parts. They work great with insurance and will coordinate a rental car if needed. After I picked up my car this past visit I noticed something in the underbody that missed an undercoat spray....they had me bring the car back and corrected it in 15 minutes while I waited, no questions. read more

*****READ BEFORE GOING*****This rating is only because after more than 2 months the job was finally finished and visually an improvement from when we first took the vehicle in. First time the vehicle was taken in it took double the time we were told it would because they were backed up with another vehicle (which we weren't told about until a few weeks beyond the estimated time). When we got the vehicle back, the gaps of the vehicle where it was repaired were visually uneven. So we took the vehicle back to have it evened out. We had been told it would be half a day to complete at the longest. Two separate occasions. Once over the phone and the other when it was dropped off upon opening of this place. About half a day goes by and no word on our vehicle so we call to check up on the status and were told it would be done within 30 minutes. Upon arrival 30-40 minutes after (around 2:45pm - 3:00pm), the owner/boss/manager guy (not sure on his status but he was inside at a computer) gave attitude towards us. He checked on our vehicle and came back saying (i dont recall the exact words but they were along the lines of) "the bumper is off. I didn't know they were going to do that." After asking how much longer it would be , he said it would be another hour. Keeping in mind we had previously been told it would be longer multiple times, we asked a real estimate and he told us it would be closer to 5:30pm. He then began to talk down to us like we are kids to try to explain why the bumper was off and stopped mid explanation as if it would be too complicated for us by saying "anyway" and proceeding to say it would be around that time and that when it was finished he would personally deliver the vehicle to us. We were asking more questions and he simply stopped talking and turned his back to us and ignored us. As we were walking out he started to say more and argue. Less than an hour later we receive a call that our vehicle is ready and being taken to our house. 1.) he was not part of the delivery. 2.) the vehicle was dirty inside and out with "dust". 3.) there were multiple missing or loose bolts/screws in the bumper and trunk of the vehicle. 4.) the trunk was closer to having even gaps on the sides but it wasn't closing flush and appeared to be catching on something during the opening. The inner liner on the trunk (the actual trunk door) was loose and coming up on the edges very noticeably. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I DO NOT OR WILL NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! read more

Last week my 2017 Toyota Tundra had the passengers side mirror damaged when it got struck while driving. I was told by a few dealerships it would require a new mirror assembly and the price would be almost $1000 to complete. I had seen the Quality Colors shop when washing my truck and decided to stop by on a Friday. Mike Tavares took a look at the mirror and assembly, took the part to his desk, and asked me to pull around to one of the doors. Within 15 minutes, Mike had put everything back together and working perfectly. I asked Mike how much I owed for the work, and without hesitation his reply was "Too Easy, no charge".
