I've had two vehicles repaired here, and both were good experiences. Both were on my own dime, not insurance claims, but where some shops won't do non-insurance work, Elite took good care of me. One repair was my daughter's older 4Runner. Elite replaced the rear bumper fascia, reattached the front fascia and repaired the hood so it was aligned and closed properly. Elite finished the work in just a few days at a reasonable price. The second vehicle was a 12-year old 4Runner. I needed both front and rear fascias replaced and painted plus the lift gate gasket, lower back window gasket and the latch plate and handle mechanism replaced. I called around 1 pm regarding a pre-purchase inspection. They were at the dealership to inspect the vehicle at 3:30. The service was phenomenal. The inspection was great as well: full videos of the inside, outside, and UNDER the car were taken, pictures under the engine were taken, and all codes were scanned. They then called me after leaving the lot to give an update, rather than waiting to get back to the shop to enter the findings, because they knew I was trying to move on the car and to explain any potential issues.
