My request to speak with the owner was ignored X 3 . The "manger" did call me as I was requesting the Company pay for the overage evident on my water bill. The owners apparently do not speak with customers...I find that impossible to believe that they do not care enough. I have had several leaks since he redid the roof. I have had to get the shingles replaced because they've flown off. I reached out to him several times so he could fix what was messed up and he dodged me and never came back to remedy anything. So I had to get another company to fix all his screw ups. When getting them replaced I was informed that he had used the wrong nails and that's why the shingles kept coming off. They left a mess around my entire property and my neighbors.
