This company was paid in advance of a month by synchrony bank when I hired them not telling me that I would be paying a month in advance. They waited three weeks to give me a schedule and then 36 hours before the day they scheduled they said my materials did not arrive due to the truck breaking down at this particular point I told them I filed a dispute with synchrony bank, and instantly they decided that they would show up and that that message was meant for the people a week after my install. How would you know a week after my install that a truck would be breaking down? They also deemed that their team of installers would be installing my bathroom which resulted in one guy about 26 years old and installing my bathroom, no harm no foul. He was good at what he did but referring to one person as a team is pretty much shameful. I have since been trying to communicate with them about some charges on my account for which they choose to just text message and refuse to make a personal phone call to me. I have never dealt with a company that has never followed up with me and asked me how my service was or if I had any issues this is a first for me, but they would be the ones. I set up appt through the website. I then received a text from "Mike" to confirm appt because he has an hour drive. Well guess what I had an hour and a half. Then I get a text from him to confirm while I'm working and was unable to answer until I'm on my way at 230 to which he responded we don't make appt. through text , canceled my appt and said call the Office to reschedule. Then tells me our conversions run 9K-10k so if that's not in your budget please advise. I wouldn't have been trying to schedule if I didn't know how much I am spending. Also I set up this appointment on the company website not through text obviously they are using technology they don't understand.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY LIKE I JUST DID! In his other response he states I'm not even the home owner. Well Mike , Yes I am it's my house that my Mother lives in and I am also the one paying to get the work done. You want to support small business... we all do! You check the Company out on the AZ ROC website to ck legitimacy/complaint status. You also look at their reviews and most are positive. The negative ones (which all have merit) are aggressively attacked by the owner Mike Trousser, claiming that the customer is blatantly lying & in the wrong. Ofcourse, the truth comes out only if you hire 1Day Bath. Mike's 22 yo son Austin, shows up (as the lead foreman) the day of your job. One of the only requests I had for the guys when they arrived, was to take care of any mold behind the old shower. Cover all pipes & holes (as I have a scorpion problem) And lastly, to grab me before they permanently placed the fixtures as Mike told me this was a "custom" shower & that I could move the fixture placement up or down an inch prior to permanent placement. None of those things happened. You also find out that there were many options that you could have chosen for your project, but were never shown. You receive the cheapest fixtures with only "on & off" capability... same fixture can be purchased at Home Depot for $50! But you are told that $9,453 is a great price, that most companies charge double. You try & stay positive as remodeling of any kind is just plain stressful. But of course you come to realize that the job was waaaay over-priced! (you were scammed...) Job is complete. You tip them well. And even supply them with Coke, water & Protein bars, because they bring no food with them. They leave. The next morning, you take a closer look... & you notice they cut your trim too short. And put a dime sized hole in your new vinyl flooring. You contact them to address. The "project mgr" Jeff says he will be out this afternoon to fix and all will be good as new! But, then you get a text 5 mins b4 he is supposed to arrive saying that he just doesn't feel like driving out... it would mean two trips to Phoenix in a week. Ofcourse, he can find no other time to address (he doesn't do Saturday's, when I am off work) All in all... do not hire this company to do your bath remodel. Professionalism, Quality work & Customer service are not in their wheelhouse! ** Edit to add that I just received a threatening email from Mike Trousser (owner) to quit "trash talking" their company! And, if I don't take down my review, they will not warranty any of the work they did! Completely denies the damage that they did to my flooring & defends their substandard work. I got both bathrooms done. I turned one of them into a shower & my master bathroom I got a larger tub. It literally took two days for this greatness to happen. We built our home new seven years ago, about a year into the home the bathroom started looking like crap.. our tub was never clean and we cleaned it. You see these commercials on social media all the time, and I didn't think it was real, but it is real. I got three bids before choosing one day back, but what really sold me was Mike. The sales pitches that you get for these are so extreme. Awesome service from these guys! I met Mike and we went over my shower remodel options. The "remodel" that was done(funnily enough, 6 years ago on Jan 18th) before was trash and then Austin and Darius (I really hope that was their names I am so sorry if it's not ) came and fixed everything that was wrong and put in a beautiful shower! They made sure to ask me where I wanted everything placed and were kind enough to take some stuff dow I had on the wall on the other side of the bathroom so it didn't get ruined. They worked literally all day. It took a little more than a day but that's only because my old shower was in such rough shape and I was not expecting them to be able to fix that mess that quickly. I wished I would have done more research and vetting before moving forward with this project with 1 Day Bath AZ. Very poor communication and very poor quality work. I asked the owner Mike to call me regarding my concerns during the project over a dozen times and he never returned any of my calls. He would respond with email and various excuses on why he could not speak with me throughout the entire project. Even after the project was complete I sent a follow up email to him with my concerns over the poor quality work and there was zero response. This small master bathroom remodel took over 2.5 months and we were left with many chipped tiles, a cracked backsplash, and red guard/debris left in shower pan. Very disappointed in the outcome especially for the cost of the remodel. When brought to the attention of the project manager he said that he did not care how much we paid and that they just wanted to be done with the job. Outside of the first day for the demo there was only one guy working on our bathroom which is why it took so long to complete and probably why there was a lack of care and attention to detail . After the new year we were finally able to schedule for the repair. Still love the shower but the business needs to work on communication. Just a call to let a customer know the status goes a long way. Installer was in/out within a few hours and wall looks great. He did caulk the edge where it had not been caulked during the original installation. All in all a great job, but 4 star rating due to the communication from the owner. read more

After receiving other estimates, I decided on 1 day Bath Arizona, because the owner...not a salesman came to my house, he was professional and to the point, friendly enough and no game playing with prices, like others. So for the actual day of installment...wow, they were on time, friendly, professional and it took less than 4 hours and I have a very lovely shower that I already love. They cleaned up after they were done and I can't say enough about this company that has been in Az for over 20 years.
