This is the second time we've used 1 Day Windows Treatments and John always delivers! If you need window coverings in NYC, look no further! We had shades installed on 9 windows (blackout in the bedroom and light filtering throughout the rest of the apartment). They are fast, efficient and affordable. John came out quickly to measure and show us all of the various options to make sure we made the right choice. Even came on a weekend night! Talk about being flexible. I started with The Shade Store. Great service, but prices were astronomical for my six giant windows that needed automated roller shades. So I went to Yelp and called half a dozen places with good reviews. John was the most responsive, the most honest, the most friendly and gave me the best quote. Initially there was some miscommunications but John rectified everything quickly and stayed true to his words. John is also very helpful with figuring out the type of blinds you want and which percent to pick. He had an answer to all our questions which made the entire process go much more smooth. The night before installation John sent an email going over everything and provided us with all the require documents our building needed. Their prices were pretty overblown (even before installation), so I did some research on Yelp and found 1DWT. I called the number and spoke with John, who encouraged us to shop around for designs we may like and then contact him again to see what he can provide. He was right on time, measured the windows, and gave me a lot of information to help make my choice. I put in an order for shades the next day and they arrived a week later.
