Had some motor upgrades done to my 2012 Street Glide. It was a stock 103, was running fine but most of my boys are riding newer larger displacement bikes. I was looking for more get up and go. Have been holding off on writing a review but now have 5k + miles on the build. This thing is strong, pulls hard through all the gears, has a wide power band and is still getting solid fuel economy. I've done multiple out of state runs with no problems. Jason runs a great shop and can build and tune like no bodies business. Jason and Stephanie got me in, in the middle of a busy day for them, to try and diagnose an engine issue on a long road trip from MN. I wouldn't hesitate a second to have them do any work on my bike. While my problem was not solvable without tearing down the motor, Jason changed oil and filter and helped to rule out some things for me. I was getting set to buy a 2012 CVO so I went buy had Jason take a look, he hit the oil tank with a magnetic tool retrieves and pulled out a large amount of metal shavings, not small mind you. This place has exceed my expectations every single visit. Today my bike arrived on a tow truck around 11am (keep in mind it is a Saturday and normally bike shops are packed on Saturdays) and i received a phone call around 1pm stating my bike was ready to go! I was completely shocked and so happy it was done so quickly. Stephanie was is in constant contact with me and even arranged a way for me to pick my bike up after their business hours. I have been riding and wrenching for over 20 years and Jason is hands down, the best mechanic I have ever taken my bike to. Don't let his age fool you, he is a savvy business man, knows how to make power, and most importantly, he has a solid foundation under him. He understands flow, metallurgy, and has a ton of experience on the late and early model stuff. Hell, the guy has his own camshaft profiles and Pistons produced. The most important thing in this industry is the character of the people you deal with. Life throws us problems, mechanical things do not always work, when this happens he can fix it right the first time. If there are problems with his work, he makes it right. I started my adventure with wanting to buy a new bike and rode over to the Harley shop and just wasn't feeling the price of the bike I liked. I decided to stop by and talk with Jason about a build on my bike and after him taking time out of his day to explain we decided it was a go. Well I wanted a lot and he more than delivered. I found this shop after being sent here by a friend. Groves used to do all my work, but never again. I've had my bike serviced here now for two years. They do a better job and it's cheaper. Recently I wanted to change some things on my bike. Stephanie suggested a seat. It's AWESOME, looks great and is soooooo comfortable. I added a new front wheel and white wall tire. Groves out on a power port for me. When I picked up the bike it didn't work. They put a new fuse in it and off o went. You guessed it, broke again. I took the bike back they had it for two weeks. Once I called and was told they were test riding it. Well it was another week because they hadn't even looked at it yet. Finally got it back still kept blowing the fuse. Took it to 141. They told me the part Groves put on was an old part. They put a new one on and,,,,,,,yup it's worked ever since. I LOVE THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!!! read more
