I have had my car repaired three separate times at Loudoun Collision Center (LCC). Twice hitting a…read moredeer and once rear ended. The first two repairs went pretty smoothly and my car came back in great shape. This last repair has been extremely frustrating. Enough so, that I had to send an email (Friday, December 5th) to the general manager, Will Lopez, about my experience. I wanted to reach the manager by phone but was told his preferred method of communication was by e-mail. Text from that e-mail relating to my current experience is below: "...Well unfortunately on Nov 8th I hit a deer....I brought the car in to Loudoun Collision on Nov 10th and it has been there ever since...I was given an expected completion date a few days before Thanksgiving, I think the 24th. That then got moved to to Wednesday the 26th. ....The last time I had my car in your shop, I was getting constant text updates with the progress. This time I am getting none. By 3pm on the 26th hadn't heard anything about my car being completed. So I called and that is when I found out there were parts and painting issues and that the new pickup date would be Wednesday, Dec 3rd. By the 3pm on Wednesday the 23rd, I still hadn't received any communication so I called in and spoke with Brandy. She said there was still issues with parts and that the new date would be today, Friday December 5th. She said she would call me on Thursday (yesterday) with an update. I expressed to her my disappointment with the lack of communication and she was apologetic. I received a call from her at 6pm Thursday and she couldn't tell me for sure if my car would be done, but that she should know by about noon on Friday if the part arrived. It is now about 3pm on Friday and I have received no communication if my car will be ready or not. This has been frustrating as I do not have a rental car and we are having to do last minute juggling due to being uninformed of the car's status." As of the writing of this review (Dec 9th), I have not received the courtesy a reply from Mr. Lopez. A minute after sending that e-mail, I did receive a call from Brandy that the car was not ready and that the new pick up date would be Monday, Dec 8th. I believe Brandy was doing the best she could, but it seems the shop has some major internal communications issues that need to be resolved. Just past 4pm on Monday I received the long awaited call that my car was ready. Yipee, right? Not so fast. I was then informed that they charge 4% for using a credit card and they do not take personal checks. I understand that businesses do this, but I didn't know this was Loudoun Collision's policy. The last two times I paid with a credit card with no fee attached. Finding this out at 4pm made it a bit challenging to avoid that fee. Well I mustered up the cash paid my bill and got my car. Finally its over, right?? Not so fast. After about five minutes driving the car's warning break light came on along with the following messages "Collision Mitigation Braking System Problem" "Adaptive Cruise Control System Problem" & "Road Departure Mitigation System Problem". I called LCC and was told those should have been reset. They told me they will contact the person responsible and get back to me on Tuesday. Well it's Tuesday morning and I am typing this review. This saga is not over and I will update the review if it is worth the energy. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I can no longer recommend LCC. It's too bad because I was very happy with them in my previous encounters.

12/12/25 - Update: I finally heard back from Mr. Lopez. We had a long discussion about my…read moresituation. I appreciated his acknowledging the shortcomings of LCC with respect to the service I received. He was very apologetic with all that had taken place. He plans on working with his staff to find out all that went wrong and work to make sure it doesn't happen again. I found him to be sincere in everything he said. With respect to the warning lights, they pertain to an inability to calibrate car parts to an after-market windshield that was installed previously by his garage on my car in a different accident repair. He will be contacting my insurance to see about getting an OEM windshield. My car is at least drivable, but will needs to go back to his garage for further repair. I just dropped my car off. With the saga still continuing, I will provide further updates. Stay tuned...

Blayne from the outset acknowledged and spoke with all of us (not just the purchaser). He held the door open for my wife and let her walk in first. I was spoken to with respect, and he made sure to refer to me as sir throughout the process.  The car was wiped down even after the detail, tires checked, and every function reviewed. It is rare indeed to find a true gentleman of a bygone era. Blayne should be applauded for his professionalism and courtesy. Of course, we will be back when family members need a vehicle, and for service. Stellar experience! This is the first time I have felt a salesman should be acknowledged since my first car purchase in 1987.  Wonderful experience all around.

Their computers say glass clarity is the problem. So now I have to buy yet another windshield in less than 6 months. If your vehicle has radar and advanced sensors behind windshield- DON'T GO CHEAP!! Just get factory windshield. Pays off in long run

I had a windshield replaced about a year and a half ago, and thought the service was great…read more However, I wrecked that car, and decided it was time for a DIY removal of the windshield, to put into another of the same model that I bought. (It had a cracked windshield.) When I started removing the windshield that these people had installed, I found they had done a VERY poor job. Most of the right edge and bottom edge was NOT glued in place. I could see daylight where solid sealant should have been! There was only about 3 inches, total, securing the right edge, and perhaps 8 inches securing the bottom edge. Why is this bad? In modern cars, the windshield is glued in place with a specific urethane glue, and once cured, this becomes part of the structure of the vehicle, helping to keep the roof from collapsing during a rollover. This lack of urethane would have allowed the windshield to pop out and the roof collapse, a serious safety hazard. This shoddy workmanship was concealed by the rubber gasket that goes around the windshield, so I didn't see it until we removed it in preparation to removing the windshield. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

They came to my home, picked up the UTV and brought it back the same day with two new keys at a more than reasonable price (I don't live far from them). That evening I found the old spare key! Needless to say, I let them know and wanted to make good but they were so kind and I am so glad that they were there when we needed them and willing to bend over backwards for me, even when I was ultimately in wrong.

They were able to schedule the work as soon as the next day, and were extremely friendly and easy to work with over the phone. I was texted a reminder prior to my appointment. When I arrived to drop the car off they directed me into their drive-through service area for a valet type drop off - no worrying about finding a spot to leave my car. Amy was friendly and efficient while checking me in, and made sure I didn't need a loaner. The work was begun on time, and they even checked for any other recalls. When they were finished Chuck Mason called and explained all the work that was done. Picking the car up was just as fast and organized. I'm pretty sure they even washed the car. It sure looked cleaner than before. So far the air conditioner they repaired is working well, and I would recommend the service department at CMA Subaru to anyone.

Sunlight was starting to show on my journey and I thought that this would be as good as any place to make a stop to maybe grab a bite to eat, or at least grab a snack. This lot is huge, and almost feels like it is part of a bigger plan. This is evident when you circle around the lot. It feels like they have something in line for the lot directly behind Sheetz where they have already placed an entrance for whatever their thought was. Also at the back of the lot, it shares the space for the car wash next door. With the drive thru service at the rear, you definitely need to pay attention back here for the flow of traffic. I went inside to use the facilities, which were in decent shape. I could tell that this was a new store and that it is filled with everything we have become accustom to for a Sheetz. Back outside it was obvious that this location is quite busy. The constant flow of customers is obvious when the change in vehicles is so quick that by the time I went inside and came back out it was like the whole lot changed over.

Walking in the store was very clean, bright and inviting, the staff were friendly and talkative to everyone who entered including myself. I got the chicken bites, mozzarella sticks and cheese curds with the Dr Pepper BBQ sauce and we both enjoyed them for what they were. They were made in front of us and hot when we received them and I didn't know I needed some Dr Pepper BBQ sauce in life until that moment! And for the $7.11 price tag the price was fitting for the amount I got and the quality. All in all a good experience.

By the time I was in the finance office, the subtotal was 38k and nobody could competently explain where the additional 10k came from. Harley's, Guzzis, Honda, Royal Enfield, Triumphs... Some used, some new... But about why I love this place: When my bike decided to have a mysterious wiring malfunction, I tossed it on a tow truck and sent it to see Carl, Ed, Dana, Mike, Steve, Rob and the other guys at Winchester Motosports in Winchester/Clearbrook. Those guys worked on it diligently and without trying to rack up a huge bill, sent me back my bike with a reasonable bill, two newly installed tires, fresh fluids and adjusted this and that. The thing is AAA wouldn't two my bike out to me. So Ed delivered the bike to me, dropped it off and they charged me half of what anyone else would/could have. Nice people. But here's the thing. I took a ride out there the last two weekends to get some things done to the bike and I met Carl, Ed Mike and Dana, all of whom are the NICEST people. They've treated me well, treated everyone I've seen in their shop well, and fairly, and so I will continue to get my bike serviced there, despite being over an hour away. Carl is a great guy, fun to talk to, a fair owner of the shop, knows his bikes, and really enjoys seeing people ride. Mike is a good solid mechanic as are the rest of the boys back there. There are also some very pleasant nice, and dedicated bike enthusiasts floating around this shop. So talk to the folks there. Might not be a destination shop like once of those Monster shops, but I'd rather talk to Winchester any day of the week.
